Residency Lake Resort and Spa.

The view from the room was beautiful. The room was good overall. The location is also very accessible. Breakfast let us down. Could have been much better.

The residency lake resort has an amazing view from panaromic room. Services were up to date too. I enjoyed my stay throughly

Beam that was holding the roof of d room had cracked. This led to a continuous drip of water in d bathroom. The resort had to called frequently to swab it. Secondly, bathroom door has louvres that permit free flow of air. Commode is just behind d door and bed is merely 3 feet in d front. Awkward experience when your room mate uses toilet and u r in d bed. Thirdly, u have to waste water for 6-7 minutes before warm water is received. That's because d water heater is some distance away. Resort staff is good, diligent, smiling and helpful.

The stay was average, the food was good. When we were requesting for food particularly snacks for children, they literally denied of not being available as they were busy with setting up the buffet. The staff should be well groomed, if there is a restaurant there shouldn’t be denial of serving things. There was nothing extra ordinary that we are asking.

Rooms are having good views and have sufficient are for kids play. But on the food part, it can be improved. One suggestion, to upgrade the wardrobe and furniture of panoramic view rooms as it is too old and wooden part is stinking.

Compared to Encore, here there was no privacy. the room charges were over charged. Food quality was okay but over charged again. The amenities were not good. I recently stayed at Residency Lake Resort & Spa, Mulshi with my family and had an amazing experience. The location is simply beautiful, set at the perfect angle for breathtaking views of Mulshi Lake. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, the service was prompt, and the staff very supportive and courteous. The food was tasty with a good variety, adding to the overall pleasant stay. The property is calm and peaceful, making it an ideal getaway from the city’s rush. Facilities like ample parking and a well-maintained swimming pool make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend it for a relaxing family retreat.

Location is serene and beautiful. Rooms are clean but the furniture and lamps are too dusty and the room had a bad smell of some anti bug chemical. So, if you are allergic to dust, stay away, also if u have sensitive nose, you too stay away. Food was terrible and expensive. Breakfast was included in my stay, it had limited options. We ordered room service and the food was so bad that we couldn’t finish lunch and avoided dinner.

The room and view was very nice but the food was very average and not at all good according to the high price. Also in pictures the photo's shown are of panaromic lake view room but actually given grand lake view room which is actually a bit below and has a little obstructed view.

Pros: best view, good services. Cons: 1.Food cost is too much high with average taste. 2. Panoramic lake view rooms are having very old furniture, specially cupboard,You can not pu anything inside.3. There is a constant smell of dampness in the room. 4.Price is too high with respect to the room maintenance.

The property is good, clam and child friendly having great children play area,. The food is also good.

Location is great with Mulshi lake right in the front. Good food choices available. Scope exists in amenities for improvement. In our room bathroom roof leaked inside, mini freeze wouldn't chill. With such deficiencies, you get a feeling you are not getting value for money you have paid

The property is well-located, but don’t be misled by the term “lake view” — the lake isn’t immediately visible from most rooms. While the hotel does offer “Lake View” rooms, their view is partially obstructed by the Grand Rooms, which themselves only offer a limited view of the lake. The rooms are comfortable, though they could benefit from better upkeep and maintenance. On the bright side, the food is delicious and consistently good, and the staff are exceptionally courteous and helpful, always willing to assist in any way they can. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.

property's location and our Lake v facing room is the main attraction for us. beautiful property just in front of Mulshi lake , situated at the main road only. room is beautiful and surrounded by hills , Greenery & mountain view and lake view but furniture was studded with dust and dust mites. sadly we got an allergic reaction due to these dust and mites . ample parking space. beautiful garden, lush green open area, full of plants , flowers and singing birds which is so soothing. A swimming pool, spa and indoor games were there. bathroom's interior is good but the shower Head was not having enough pressure and it should be replaced immediately to give complete satisfaction to the customer. room had a tv, ac, kettle, almira, hangers side table but everything was covered by thick layer of dust . cleanliness and hygiene wasn't maintained in the room . Mr Jayesh , GM was very nice and courteous and he rectified our issues but few staff was very rude. service is very slow and poor and they say, less staff is the reason but i felt it was staff's unprofessional behaviour. i would have given it 5 star if the rooms were a little bit cleaned.

Location where resort is located is the biggest positive, The room which I got first had seepage issue , they changed and allotted another one which was ok barring some dust on the door grill of the bathroom, Food was tasty but super expensive. overall ok stay. not getting that super happy vibe.

The rooms have become old and dilapidated. Most walls have dampness and rooms have a strange smell because of dampness. Not worth the money spent on booking. The bed sheets and pillows have a lot of stains. The only plus point is that restaurant was good and the staff was very courteous.
