I had a truly terrible experience and I am requesting a full refund. The room I was assigned was not clean. I found insects in the room, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the pool was not clean at all. After checking in, I repeatedly asked staff to clean and vacuum the room. Despite my numerous requests, no one ever responded. I even asked to be moved to a different room, but I was told that another room was not ready. The pool was still not cleaned by the time I checked out. My stay was a complete waste of money. I believe that due to the unsanitary conditions and the lack of response from staff, I am entitled to a full refund.

I went in aug month to stay here for a night with family for the weekend gateaway. The location is very good. I went to Mansoon season so place was very calm and serene. Property is not very big and main usp is their private pool rooms which is awesome. my kids loved playing in the pool. Family room was quite spacious to accommodate 5 persons. however, there was a small waterfall that goes adjacent to the family room so its noise may disturb you after sometime. Food is good here and the view from the rooms of hills is awesome and breathtaking in mansoon. It has a very small kids play area also but in the rainy season of no use as it's an open park kind of setup. I highly recommend it for couples to visit here once during monsoon weather.

Staff is corteous, service is quick but there are few basic issues. Cleanliness : pool in room didn't look clean before checkin breakfast : no spread and limited options. Timings : breakfast only till 10am dinner : only 9. 30pm

familyWe did not even spend the night here in-spite of paying full amount as the hygiene was not upto the mark. The pool has cloudy water and full of insects. The bed has ants on it. Ac is not effective for the size of the room. Would not recommend this place, the photos are deceptive
