Those who want to enjoy incessant rains and relax, a very good place to visit and stay. Waterfall, adjusant to property is a treat for photo shooters. Overall good experiance.

Place 5/5 rooms 3/5 food 4/5 customer service 3/5 staff was laid back and little light, for high tea they did not even have potatoes for bhajji and the next morning no one was available till 08. 45 am for tea. Bathroom leakage and not cleaned up rooms place is beautiful with waterfall at the backside but the customer service put us down.

I would have given you another room. If you have any problem, you should tell us.In the complete property, six families are booked from the beginning, all the families stay in the resort, no one has any problem, if you want to go, you have the number. You can make a phone callWe would have removed your inconvenience, but you left direct property without telling us, how do we know what your problem is?

Amazing place to have an enjoyable time out from your busy schedule. Staffs are very supportive and co-operative. They cook delicious food at their restaurant so you will enjoy your food if you are a food lover. Though the facility doesn't have much amenities for kids but the couples or friends in group can enjoy the undisturbed time there. Love to visit the place at least in a quarter for a escape from the busy life.

I'm sorry sir but i told you then it rains a lot here and every year after it rains i paint the room because there is space on the ground floor so it will come from the ground to the wet wall and when it comes to room service, it's from 8am to 10pm. How about a meeting if you ask for tea at 6am, because the kitchen starts at 8am, i'm sorry, you have a hard time, thank you for the change.
