Plz don’t go and stay at Juvana , u r money will be totally waste , zero hospitality , tacky places , no responsible staff , no cleanness

Property and food is nice. service is slow , otherwise everything was good. Lake view is mind blowing.

it was good not bad but the room's jacuzzi was not working nor the room had a telephone to call the reception, the wardrobe's door was also jammed. the activities were fun, we did zip lining nd go karting. environment overall was pretty good.

Food is not available at property and also for complimentary breakfast everything is terrible they dont allow you to ear peacefully

Booking was done online around 3:00 PM and subsequently confirmed over phone of the property. But when we reached there at 8:30 pm their gatekeepers refused to allow us in because they said the booking was not confirmed. Even after showing them the booking vouchers they took more than an hour to confirm the same and allow us the check in. This was terrible specially when you travel with elders and kids for a vacation and are treated in such unwelcoming way by a “supposedly premium property” having paid such high costs. The property is also just average with extremely restricted services. NOT a pleasant one at all. I reported all this to MMT also the very same day.

Location is awesome but when you didn’t get good sleep it’s worthless. They have bed bugs. They need to take care of it.

It’s genuinely heartbreaking to see what has become of Juvana. Once a serene and beautiful getaway nestled in nature, it now feels completely run down and neglected. The property is severely understaffed and it’s clear that the existing team is struggling to keep up with even the basic upkeep and guest services. From poorly maintained facilities to a general sense of disorganization, the decline is hard to ignore. What’s most disappointing is that this place had so much potential. The location is still stunning, but the charm has faded under the weight of mismanagement and lack of care. It’s painful to watch a place that could have been a thriving, peaceful retreat turn into something that feels abandoned and forgotten. I sincerely hope someone steps in to restore Juvana to its former glory, but as it stands today, it’s a shadow of what it once was. A missed opportunity and a sad experience for anyone expecting the kind of escape it used to offer.

Property was amazing but food and other service was very bad.food rate is too high but Quility and test not good.

The place is not suitable for people not having own vehicles as they dont have swimming pool ,restaurant and Breakfast zone .we had to move to woodpecker for all these activities. Property is beautiful only if u ok to travel for every amenities den only book

Ambiance is to good for natural climate enjoy with your stay house keeping service is not providing

Property was really good but they have not maintained service.there was no welcome drink served half of the staff don’t know about the activities.In room tv was not working hot water was not there no coffee stir was there nor spoon..

The rooms are not worth the price, bed linen was so rough, room interior was horrible. They need to work on infra of rooms.

The view from the juvana suite is beautiful. Mr. Dev ensured a pleasant stay, thanks! would recommend for a quiet weekend to relax.

Really bad, i had done booking with make my trip, got confirmation from them but at the resort they said they have not got the booking.

The place was so good, everything was perfect, it was a different world-just so perfect, i loved it - best stay yet

We had a great stay @juvana, wish we could have stayed one more day. Property is located just next to lake & amaing view from cottage. Few renovation is going on & disappointed not to visit sky tower bar since it was closed. Overall aamby valley is calm & cool place to visit with no traffic & crowd. Lake view fron bar was also very good with lovely lake view.
