villa is very specious and lovely.. i came with my family.. stay was very good.. Caretaker Laxmi tai was very polite and good at cooking.. there are lot of games in villa to play as well as lots of nice books to read and spend time.. only issue we faced is bathrooms were not upto the mark.. shower was not working properly.. there is need to renowate bathrooms.. overall very good experience..

We had a wonderful stay at the homestay in Goa, and a big part of that experience was thanks to the caretaker. Always welcoming, attentive, and ready to help with a smile, they made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. From keeping the place neat and clean to assisting us with local tips and small needs, everything was handled with care and warmth. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. Highly recommended!

The villa was normal, neat and clean. But it dint meant expectations as per pricing. Hardly does one visit the swimming pool. The voice from the dining area and hall echoes around the rooms. Towels are changed after every 2 days. There is area to relax but overall villa is small. Owner looks fond of bollywood movies and also has kept some books to read. The internal play area is very small, it has carrom and couches, we dint use any. Overall, the villa is pricy

Property and service was good. This villa's name states it has a pool but after booking the property we came to know that pool was not operational. This was disappointing as we booked the villa because of the pool. It was not mentioned while booking that pool is not functional which is misleading.
