Altrude Villa | Rooms Near Beach

Room doors and toilets doors were in bad shape , only one socket for charging mobile . Photos in the website and the actual was completely different. No reception counter ,

I was feeling happy while I stayed as the place is peaceful and private.

we were on a short trip so just want to have a rest, so for this property is good

Room are soo cheap and bathrooms are so uncleaned and old..water supply was so terrible. My whole trip was disappointing just because of that stay.

Location is nice but attitude of care taker is worst. They refused to check in the room i booked and given room in another near by guest house. Said "lena hai to lo, aur jo cahe kar lo. Next day again forced to shift to another room. Horrible experience

No reception available a boy came after i calling and after sometime he disappear. Roof of the room is very bad. Any king of service not available by hotel. Very bad stay with family. Don't suggest to book this villa. This is not h villa it's nothing. Very bad

Dirty room, even dirtier washroom. The room condition was very bad. Not recommend to anyone. There were cockroaches on bed, the washroom pot was so dirty and full of fungus. Washroom didn’t have windows. A towel was placed instead of a window.

when we reach there no room available & they saw multiple properties but as per expectations. Finally they refund but in that also we lost The picture alos they show on Google is different Altrude by sea not Villa.

Very dirty place. No hygiene. Stinky smell of bedsheet, pillows.

Hotel staff was nice, cleanliness was alright. Room were decent. Safety was good. Area is good. Appliances had issues

They have put false pictures to confuse with their other stay which is expensive, this is cheaper not a problem but at least have real true pictures parking was a problem and we had to leave early morning next someone had parked behind us while we were asked to park a certain way the rooms were smelling there were hair when we told the guy he said it’s clean and went away

Rooms are average, ac switch is inside toilet, remote not working, no one is there for service, you have to call (mobile call from your no. ) them if any requirement. Rate was 17, 125 for 3 rooms for 3 days, approx 2, 000 er day per room. One will get much better option in that rate in that time. Good thing is property is just beside the candolim beach parking, 2 min away from the beach. Neat and clean room (apart from rusty iron almira)

This property are not suitable for leaving, we are check in around 12 pm and check out just 2 hours left

The location of the property is very good. It was quiet and peaceful. Spacious and clean room. Although the basic amenities like towels, bathroom essentials were not provided which was a bit disappointing. Just a min walk away from candolim beach. Overall a good stay and highly recommend.

The bathrooms were clean and the staffs were really kind. They were ready to help us in any situation.

This property is not as shown in the pictures. There are maybe 1-2 rooms that are clean and they’ve only posted those. The rooms we got were not up to the mark. Our rooms may have been good back in the day but now they are just 4 walls that have not been maintained. Bathrooms were dirty and their doors had holes in them. The extra mattress we got was so gross. The fridge was not clean. The AC remote wasn’t there and we froze to death in the morning. When I asked for water bottle the caretaker said we will get two water bottles for two rooms but we only got one. If you want to just spend the night here you can get this room but think wisely. I paid and believe me the rooms were not worth what I paid. When the customers arrive after a long journey all they want is a decent room that is worth the money. They want all the basic amenities like cleanliness, water and a good customer service and this place missed all three. Totally disappointed.

Washrooms are not at all clean, rooms also not clean although it's it's just 1 min distance from candolim beach.
