The stay is good, with location and ambiance.the most stunning thing is the beach accessibility is only 30sec walk away from stay

Gng to reach hotel way is too short , parking is out side better go and se than choose the rooms

The stay in the resort is good and decent , its near the beach which is a good thing . But due to rainy season the outside area which include pool, bar,dining area are not maintained properly.The wifi & tv signal was poor . The room is nice but the balcony is not cleaned , may be due to rainy season. The car parking place is limited and very congested.If the resirt gets full then you will not find the car parking as it can hold only 2,3 cars max. The path from parking to reaort is very narrow.

Actually there are few below points; 1. Good ; it's not good BF there 2. Location; location of the property is superb 3. Facilities; also proper cleanliness and hygiene is required in the rooms as well as outside the common area at the property. 4. Also we observed that the location of the property from the road is not clear. It took time to reach there.

Extremely Disappointed with My Stay I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was far from what was promised. The room was not clean when we arrived — dusty surfaces, stained bedsheets, and an unpleasant odor. The AC was barely functional, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Customer service was unhelpful; our concerns were either ignored or met with excuses. The amenities advertised (Wi-Fi, hot water, and complimentary breakfast) were either missing or of very poor quality. The breakfast was cold and tasted stale. For the price we paid, this was unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer care

I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience. The building was in poor condition — not well maintained and clearly in need of cleaning. On top of that, I wasn’t even given the room I had booked. Instead, I was placed in a cheaper variant, and when I raised this with the manager, I was told that my original room was under maintenance. But I had paid ₹1000 extra for that specific room, and I wouldn’t have spent that money if I knew I’d be given a lower category one. They assured me at the time that I’d be refunded the difference, but since then, I’ve received no response. I expected much better from this stay, and I genuinely feel let down. I really need this issue to be taken seriously and my money to be refunded as promised.

Breakfast was good , room service poor,need to improve property ambience

The property's location was quite nice!It was just behind the calungate beach which was a good thing as every morning the first thing I did was to go on the beach and enjoy there,The food was also good at the breakfast,The amenities wer also good There were all the necessities I needed like kettle,plates,glasses in my room only and services were also fast and good .

Excellent outstanding mind-blowing

Everything was great from the rooms to the food to the service. Parking situation was okay but the higher floor sea facing rooms was in dire need of maintainance. I literally fell through the wooden floor and only got bruises, guess I was lucky.

The staff and it's hospitality was superb. I highly recommend people to come and visit here wonderful place and staff

No water available for bath or even to go toilet. Room was changed but was not well maintained. my leg got parsed with a Nail and was bleeding blood. Rats found in bedroom.

Accessibility to the location was poor. Management was not at all good enough. Continuous electricity cuts and network problems. Swimming pool wasnt very well maintained. Overall not a very great but a okay stay.

Nice cottages and breakfast was tasty and emmy and stay are good and supportive. Overall nice experience
