Food was ok, rooms were old and not so cosy, location wise difficult to reach as it has narrow roads and far inside from main road. from last 4 consecutive years, I'm coming in this resort. but this time, i had a worst experience, and this will be my last time. same thing informed to the property owner.. crowd are so cheap using swimming pool with his underwear, and inner wear.. water of pool is so bad, room condition also bad ,no kettle, in washroom they provided only medimax soap small one.. no other utilities..owner not maintaining the property . mayne they will do in peak season.. but my suggestion during this months may to sept don go.. before that i have one night stay on other hotel dat one is very good,maintain,hygiene, discipline and rule regulations... this time this hotel lack of all this.

There were many problems. let me listen them. 1 AC was not working, TV was not working I think they have not paid for the subscription. this was not resolved even after telling reception 2. Bathroom latch was not working 3. shower door was missing 4. Food was undercooked and next day breakfast was over. toilet flush stopped working in the morning

property is neat and clean and it's near to almost all beaches at considerable distance.The resort have sufficient parking space including room mini fridge with Beer water bottle and Snacks which is on charge basis. overall experience was good.And hotel also have swimming pool and complementary breakfast and dinner/Lunch depending upon your booking.You may opt a stay at the property.

It's a comfortable and peaceful stay ..good hospitality shown by the staff .near to Candolim and Calangute beach aswell.

Our stay was well worth the price! The amenities exceeded expectations—ironing, room service were readily available, and the staff happily provided housekeeping items with a smile. The breakfast was good with flavor. The manager was friendly, making us feel right at home. The room was clean, kettle, shampoo was given on request. The swimming pool was a highlight, the kids enjoyed a lot! Recommend this hotel for very good value for money!

The hotel location is good, it's near to candolim beach, hotel staff were good. I liked the food, breakfast was included.

The hotel stay was average, with basic amenities that fell short of expectations. There was no ironing or room service, and guests had to collect housekeeping items themselves. The breakfast lacked taste, and the local manager was not very friendly, unlike the foreign manager and owner, who were approachable and courteous. Additionally, the booking price on makemytrip was highly inflated, making the experience feel far from value for money. Improvements in service quality, food, and pricing transparency are necessary.

Not as per expectations and not worth as per charge taken. We were charged rs 6000 for a day but not worth of it.

No cattle in room no shampoo/hand wash in room in a period of stay full night noise in resort swimming pool water is not up to the mark

Location was great. Breakfast is amazing & with high quality. So specious & pesfull. Service was great. We stay at this place 6 days. Very nice experience. Good for family.

It was nice stay, rooms were clean. Staff were polite and helpful.

There is no day to day follow up by the care taker in the hotel. Ambience is good. No cctv camera in premises which laps our security.

Overall a good experience, the food served was not up to mark they must offer some more options. Their restaurant closed at 10 pm which is very impractical in goa. Doesn't have proper parking space, my car parked in some garbage dumping ground below trees and in 3 days.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Food taste is pretty average. Need to work on that. Also need to restrict people who have gutkha in the mouth entering the pool. Rest, value for money

The location of the resort is nice . It is not a big resort but it is decent. The staff was good the rooms were big and nice
