This place is amazing. Very close to the candolim beach - 5-7 mins walking. The location is great. There's this big super market newton near to the place, where you get all the stuff including drinks and food, thanx for my lovely stay.

Being solo i scared in beginning but fall in love soon, best property in area so far, candolim beach is just 5 mints walk, all the rooms in appartmet are very specias, us-full kitchen too

Lovely place to stay with family, nice ambience and very friendly staff and management. Big and good apparment with all room facilities. Nearby to beach & market. Gonna come here soon with my friends again. Thanks alot to joe for the great service.

Terrible Stay

We booked 3 rooms and made 100% payment. When reached hotel mr raj gave us only 2 rooms and started giving us stupid reason. All mood spoiled as we have to look for another hotel. Went through lot of pain with family. So recommend never book this property.

Dear Akash I know ur not Mr tiwari but ur name is Akash who booked for Mr shrikant tiwari and I don't know how much amount you took from him, nd this booking is done only for /- pr night for pr room. Yes there was glitch insisting nd had informed Mmt 100 times nd that is the reason we were not expecting any bookings by Mmt but got Suuden booking and i got call from Mr Tiwari around 8/10 days before arrival i explain him that we can give you 2 units of 1bhk appartmet coz u booked 3 standerd rooms which we don't have so 8 adults can be Acomandate easily or u can cancle ur booking but he agreed to go with it But after coming he changed his mind and asked me for 3 rooms, so I gave them 3 rooms in my other property which having swimming pool, ac, Wi-Fi, balconies, (I'm quoting him only coz all others were happy exepet Mr tiwari) they all come, checked in nd prepare to go outside after 3 hrs off arrivel but again Mr tiwari were not happy with this property too and he compared property to garbage in front of me while u were on call with Mmt support, he might excepting 5star property coz i dont know how much money u took from him so.. In last staying for complite day and changing 2 property's 6 rooms u nd Mr tiwari asked for cancellation and we have canceled it partially nd Mmt gave ur amount back too. जय श्री राम 🙏
