had stayed in highland property behind Newton.appartmnt where I stayed was not properly maintained towels were not fresh. on second day complimentary water bottles were not given.no room service property is good n old have to maintain it.staircase were full of dust n dirt. ac are old n make noise

Hi Team. This is in regard to my booking in Highland Beach Resort. First of all the description of the property itself is deceiving and false. We wanted a 2BHK with kitch. In pics shown they listed pics of the kitchen. When we reached the property at about 3.30 pm we were asked to submit our IDs to which we submitted and subsequently we were taken to a property which is 500 mts inside from the reception and 1.3 km from beach against what is described as 800 mts. We didn't have a proper parking and we had to park our car on the narrow lane but not as described.. Even the parking was 200 mts away from the property. Apart from that the room was really shabby and infested with termites and insects. Even the bedsheets and pillows were really dirty. I immediately informed the management and also your team. We were asked to reach the main reception at the entrance which was 500 mts back towards main road. Once I reached the main reception I informed them to plz look into the matter and arrange alternative as I was traveling with my uncle who is aged about 50+. Thereafter again I contacted who had spoken to the management who were adamant and did not provide me any alternatives but meanwhile I was promised by ur team that they would look into the matter. After waiting for about more than 1 hour I once again contacted you and your executive spoke to the management of property. The management agreed to provide us with alternative property at Calangute Beach and we were made wait for another half an hour. Meanwhile after waiting for half an hour the management neither provided us with any alternative nor made arrangements for my booking. I really feel cheated and Also I'm on roads tired and helpless. Since it being year end every hotel and property owners are exhorting exorbitant prices. I therefore request you kindly look into the matter and refund my amounts. I have all the proofs including photographs and other materials
