Beautiful and Spacious Villa

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. Owner/Caretaker and cleaning staff were very supportive and given all support needed. Villa have all facility available.

The caretakers are good people and The place looked good at first glance... but just after 1 day everything started falling apart. The tables... the stairs etc were all having loose fittings.... then the kitchen had cockroaches all over. They said they did a pest control yet we lived there for 5 days and saw them increasing only. By day 5 the cockroaches were spread all over the living room even though we kept the place clean. Then there is case of swimming pool. After 2 days we realised the water filter is probably not working so on day 3 we asked them to clean it out. First they made a lot of excuses but then they agreed to fix the filter.... and instead of cleaning the water it released all the algae into the water and it was unusable and we couldn’t even open the windows cause it was smelling bad just outside.

Hi Shubham, we sincerely apologies for the inconvenience faced by you. As you can check in our previous reviews we ensure the guest enjoys a memorable stay at our property. 1. Perhaps, due to the monsoon season and out property being very close to the nature the cockroach problem popped up suddenly. Although, we ensure pest control at regular intervals. Secondly, about the pool- it was a one of a kind technical issue which we could not control. The is an electrical machine and it faulted unfortunately while you were there. Hopefully, you would understand and give us another opportunity ok your next visit to Goa and we shall certainly make up for your bad experience. Regards, Ankit

Everything about this appartment was perfect! The whole appartment is so well decorated and maintained, you just don't feel like leaving this place! The private pool too was perfect for our small group. Definitely recommending this villa to everyone! This 3bhk villa at such an affordable price per night is a steal deal!

Villa is awesome, host ankit is friendly and caretaker sunil is also helpful during our entire stay of 5 days. Property is approx 2km from candolim beach by drive and 6 to 7 km from baga beach. Property has all the amenities and space required by a family or group

Sky villa located in a calm environment, sky villa is an amazing airbnb, situated perfectly near candolim. The hygiene, cleanliness, staff and facilities provided were all top notch! the swimming pool was well maintained. The villa was fully furnished with a washing machine as well (much needed when you are staying long durations. The kitchen had all the basic utensils required along with a refrigerator and a microwave. Cook was available on request. All food apps delivered to the location so it was very convenient. Overall we enjoyed staying at the sky villa. Thank you for the great hospitality.
