Candolim Homestay | Entire 2 BHK Apartment

overall very good. Near to beach. All required family needs available. But took too much time to check in

We had book two 2 bhk villas for 10 people. The owner handed over one 2 bhk and two 1 bhk villas. The rooms were so dirty door nobs were broken, no gizer, bathroom mirrors were too dirty, lizards, big red ants and small insects, all the walls were moist and smelling, no clean bedsheets, pillows and fungus on bed mattresses.

They need to renovate the that apartments looking like devils house from out side no swimming pool if they renovate it’s excellent interior are good not bad except bathroom.

The apartment was really nice and clean, that's the only good thing about the property, i specifically booked the place because it had a pool and the pool was under maintenance throughout our stay which was about 6 days, we could still deal with that, the property does say they have a power backup or a generator which wasn't the case. Lights going out in goa is a frequent occurrence but if a property does mention these amenities it should be provided, we were lift without electricity for hours in this summer heat.

property is in the middle of the town, so very easy to roam in the evening time. this is very comfortable for the family based on this price. only the problem to find out the room is Little difficult task, that have same type of lot of villas in the properties.

There were many big rats in the flat. It was like we are sharing space with them.

It’s very near to most of the beaches and forts in goa. Enjoyed staying in this place.

Very nice 2bhk Apartment for family as well as group of friends, nice location, everything which is needed in kitchen is available. I can live year for a long vacation too. Whenever I will go to Goa will definitely book these Apartment.

Location is good .. Walking distance to candolim beach .. Entrance or passageway to flat is poor .. Rooms are just average .. Washrooms will disappoint you .. No toiletries provided .. Water supply cut .. Hot water issues .. AC's work well .. Quality of Aquaguard not up to the mark .. Options, quality, service not satisfactory .. No room services for cleanliness .. Main door lock issues. Furnitures OK .. Average stay ..

Not worth for money As mentioned in the description coffee/tea has not been provided. Hot water cuts off frequently. Quality of RO filter is not up to the mark. Only good thing is the location situated at prime area in Candolim

Fantastic location and nice place, Total flat is very good. Service is good. Flat is very clean and neat and has good furniture. I will visit this place every time when I travel to Goa. Flat is very luxurious and very nice rooms to be relaxed.

Nice location.. Very near to Candolim beach(walk-able distance), nice swimming pool, care taker Krishna is good.. His response to calls very quick and friendly.. Rooms are clean.. Old AC but totally chill.. Geyser working only one bathroom..
