SPAN SUITES AND VILLAS

I was being told that the entire Vila had been booked but they gave me 2 BHK The house was not at all the feel of the hotel, it was as good as staying in 2 BHk the property is not at all maintained the only good part is their kitchen staff and on ground staff are very good and engaging

Hotel is always nice. I gave stayed there before aswell. Wud love to come again.

Location is good, we did not eat any meals except breakfast which was very limited villa was clean well serviced, swimming pool is in a bad shape nothing was arranged for 31st dc it was very quiet

It’s not suite, it’s apartment. Stunk y bathroom. No buffet, since we booked bf and dinner. Non developed kids play area. Tv recharge not available.

The property is good overall except for maintenance at a few places. The internet was intermittent. The food was excellent. Breakfast had limited options

We went with a group of friends. The stay has been very pleasant. Staff was cooperative and food was excellent. Recommended for families.

No hot water, service is ok, no proper information, no early checkin not allowed, extra changes will be too high for 2 hr early checkin, it's not villas it is service apartment, old house, outside you feel it was old bungalow, not worth for amount paid, it's far away from beaches, pool is there not operational, no proper parking just need to park some corner

It was superb staff was also very supportive everything was clean and superb service of the hotel is also very good and views from the balcony and it's seating was superb we were group of friends all of us liked it will also stay in this hotel when ever we visit goa

Resort is good but their service is not god. They don’t provide room slippers, they don’t provide hair conditioners. Tv does not work and bathroom door also gets locked.

Good stay at this property however the exterior requires maintenance. Basic amenities were provided in the flat

Service is very bad if you will ask for service after 9:00 pm you will get nothing. Sweeming pool was dirty.

Location we found through mmt. No coordination btwn staffs. Took long time for checkin. Very boring experiance. No coordination btwn each departments staffs. Room service was pathetic. No proper parking space provided. Rooms are average decent rooms.

We opted for the presidential suite, which was actually bhk jodi apartments. Cleanliness and food were average. We were served bengali and oriya test food instead of goan. We were served welcome drink on arrival and while departure on request. Overall, the staff was supportive. Property overall good, i think villas must be good.

The room was spacious but washrooms were small. Cockroaches were roaming around in kitchen and bathrooms. Food choices were limited.

Stay was excellent and service really good. Only letdown was no wifi in suites. Food was good and pretty quick service.

I stayed in double room suite. Apartment was well maintained, spacious and comfortable for family of 4. Location was good, ~5km from morjim beach. Staff and service was good. Only thing is morjim area is not live in night. For that calangute area is better but crowded.

Nice stay. Very close to morjim beach. Staff very well. Flats also good for group party.

Booked villa for 2 nights. Overall experience was amazing. Villa is spacious withall basic amenities. Definitely recommend for family stay

Very good maintained property with good amenities, service. And food. All staff including front desk, room service and housekeeping is very helpful and supportive. Actually they understand you and your requirements as a tourist and support well

The place was very good. Great view from the room balcony of chapora low level sea side and greenery. Breakfast was even better. All the food items were made fresh and were served on the table. Taste was also great. The only problem was the internet. They do not provide wifi facility although it's mentioned in the provided amenities. Upon asking they promised us a dongle but they didn't deliver it (in spite of repeated requests over a span of 3 days.
