pretty enjoyable ,amazing and we had fun

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Stay was pleasent. Mr henry there is very cooperative person. Hen-mil is a nice fellow. Room service and safety is-very good.

My stay duration i changed 2 rooms in that property, in first room ac is not working and in second room water supply is not proper, and wrist is in the when for 30 minutes late checkout, owner will charge 500 inr

We stayed at this place for a couple of days. The place was decent and pleasant. We had a lot of shopping places nearby and beaches were close by too. Mr. Henry and his wife are great people and they really kept the place ready for us each day.

This place is highly recommended if you are looking for a budget accomodation. To start with, the rooms are clean and spacious with all the basic necessities. The guest house is built within the premises of owner's home and they are extremely cordial and helpful. The location of the property is very close to anjuna beach and there are many good eateries and cloth stalls around.

Neat and clean rooms on main anjuna beach road with great host. Mr. Henry personally arranged for motorcycle taxi, scooter on hire and tuk tuk. Number of south indian, continental resturant and cafe available nereby. Will visit again.

the person who take care of us was so friendly and having a smile on his face . ambiance was nice but should add a geyser to its amenities and house was super clean when we enter the room

It's a perfect place to spend your holiday. Definitely value for money, i would recommend this place to all my close ones. To stay here whenever they visit goa. I felt at home here the owner is really good, the staffs were polite and helpful. I'm extending my stay here as wfh is a super great experience from this beautiful property.

Very good rooms. Excellent cleanliness and amenities. Location was not ideal for me but the property itself is an excellent property for a peaceful stay.

I and my wife stayed there for 3 nights. Totally pleasant experience we had. Owner mr henry is such an awesome person. He is very humble and considerate. If you want a nice room to stay in north goa, definitely you should consider this.
