soloLocated in a quiet neighborhood nice large air-conditioned rooms with an attached bedroom and a balcony too. Bear in mind that the property is old and it's age shows in everything. Rooms are clean with fresh new towels bed sheets etc. At a proper price it's value for money. There's no service or amenities available besides those mentioned above. Even a cup of tea is far away

Good place to stay, very near to the beach. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Didn't see any food option, but restaurants are nearby and all within 10 mins of walkable distance.

Hassle-free and comfortable stay with family (6 people) for 4d3n. Thanks to mr sagar for the warm hospitality and for helping us with planning our goa exploration, including cab bookings and food recommendations. Highly recommend.

1. 1. Terrible stay, no housekeeping/room cleaning for 3 days. Lots of mosquitos. Landlord not co-operative and advises to keep utter silence all times, like school/college teachers

The stay was pleasant and okay. The room was spacious with a small balcony. Make sure to hire a motorcycle for easy access to different places nearby. With the low room price offered, four out of five-star ratings i would give. Overall happy.
