We opted for a dormitory and the floor was wet. Even after repeated complaints, the management wasn’t able to find a resolution. Other than that the say was fine.

So cleanliness is good. Location is also good, but the thing which I found uncomfortable is that sometimes staff members are sitting in the common area and they are talking in loud so it can disturb the guest. They should maintain silence if someone is working otherwise, what is the point of having a common area so that is my concern otherwise things are okay okay food wala thing can be improved. Some more options can be added in the food. Indian food like poha and something like that. Training of staff is needed. I think they need to be more aware about making the experience of the guest, the wholesome experience, thank you.

Location & ambience is good but food options & quality are weird. All the food options are machine made & nothing is pocket friendly. Not good for health. Common area is good for working.

We were two females and we opted for female sharing bunk bed, the room n washroom was so clean, their yellow n white theme is so pretty, sitting and play zone area were good too.

it's a good stay in panjim. it's at prime location near KTC bus stand Panjim Goa. I got good experience for stay there. nice staff 24 hrs.

The location was excellent, but the room conditions were just average. The biggest issue was that there was only one washroom, which caused inconvenience. Additionally, other guests (casino players) returned late at night and disturbed our sleep.
