Alekhya Suites

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Aivao Hotel, Alekahya Suites. The room provided was far smaller and different from the advertised images, with false promises of an upgrade that were never honored. Cleanliness was unacceptable—rooms were unclean at check-in, and even after three days, no housekeeping was done without repeated insistence. Key amenities were misrepresented: the pool was under construction, the gym closed earlier than stated, and complimentary services were mishandled and billed. Basic facilities like AC and water supply were poorly managed. This unprofessionalism made my professional trip stressful and highly unsatisfactory.

location is close to city. stay was average. rooms and washroom were clean. breakfast was good. there was no hot water. swimming pool area was under renovation. though not exotic but was worth the money

Very pathetic experience at hotel. They are doing with customer by using other name. No Drinking water available at restaurant. No Room cleaning available. No water for bath even for toilet . I request to MMT remove this hotel from your booking list

Everything was fine but required a proper pest control (lizard found next to coffee table). Being a hotelier I personally feel the price I paid it was bit higher compared to the service I got.

We had such a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The hospitality really stood out and made us feel at home. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view that we enjoyed every morning. The property is well-maintained and located in a peaceful yet convenient area, close to nearby attractions and local markets. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast—it was absolutely delicious with a good variety of options, served fresh and with great care. It really gave us the perfect start to our day! Everything from the comfort of the room to the quality of service exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We would love to come back again and will definitely recommend this place to friends and family! 💛

Had initially opted for a pool view room but that was very small, shifted to the sea view room on the second floor. The view was amazing from there. The room was neat and clean. Breakfast is not bad, could be better in terms of oil content. Couldn't access the pool because of the rain. Hospitality is very courteous and good.

Initial experience is good they allowed me for the early check in. Evening time I returned to hotel but there is not hot water available. same issue found in morning time as well . rooms hygeine is not upto the mark . pool side rooms are not good for privacy. these are wooden partition , so the noise can easily transferred . Location is good for view but personally I don't like this stay much .
