Property bhot hi purana hai or location acha tha par pahle mai gya to wha ac working nahi kar rha tha hotel jha book kiye the wha ka bhi room bhot hi small tha or wha par bhi extra bed nahi diya unke hotel ya aap ke website par show Krna chaiye extra bed floor par sone ke liye hota hai kya very bad experience.

the room were horrible tap leakage mosquito in the room no room service no plates and glasses in the room not even drinking water

Good and budget freindly property. Just 100 meter walk for beach. Owner is very caring. Nice Location ,really tasty food and also customise it as you wish. Staff is very helpful. I personally recommend this place .

It was very nice room. Clean and neat. Food was very good. We eat outside. Because food was very costly.

Buckets and mugs in the bathroom were broken, rooms were stinking

It's hardly a min to the Beach 🏖️

Host offered a temp room which was then continued to next 2 days. However the room was dirty, no warm water. Toilet was dirty too. No support whatsoever from host

Property is in a good location in the quaint village. The beach js close, one can hear the sea but not see it. It is a very basic place with very few amenities. The rooms upstairs are quite spacious with a small balcony and have a tiny space with sink. There is a electric kettle provided. There is no wifi, and no tv. The host is present occassionally. We found him to be unhelpful and somewhat unreasonable. E. G. When we arrived, there was no room for us though we had prebooked with makemytrip. The host asked us to stay at the hotel next door amigo plaza. This was fortunate as amigo plaza is a much better organized, proper hotel with all expected amenities in place. Next day we had to move to aston a joy as the room was now available. The host tried to pass off an inferior down stairs pokey room to us saying make-my trip rakes away a large part of the room rent paid by us so we should get an inferior room. Also that at the present time room rent are much more. Like general unnecessary talk about things that had nothing to do with us. Quite unpleasant and killing our goa vibe. ) ultimately we got an upstairs room due to someone wanting to move downstairs. Ac had no remote, was pure set and also probably did not work. Bad stay experience overall. The room linen was quite substandard too.

Room is not at all maintained no cleaniness, no services

Terrible property owner. He will never answer your query in friendly way. Always has a long sad face seems he is always angry. Not at all cooperative, very greedy owner. No room service. No soap. No napkins. No towels. Ni bedsheets replacement. No comforter as it was ac room. Fridge was shown in pic but was only for show. Ac was very noisy. The owner behaves in strange way when you come from beach as if all the sand on you will make his proper dirty. Do not go for this property there are very much good properties nearby with superb facilities and good and friendly host. Total no no for this property.

The good thing is beach. It’s 2 mins walking distance from the hotel.

The place is superb and very close to the beach's, very clean and the staff is very eco-friendly. They provided us early check in and complimentary breakfast was very delicious and the owner is very cooperative. Fully star rated from my Side. Excellent place, whenever you come Goa please try once.

It is a nice place, safe and secure property to be in, very clean, location was very easy to search.

Stay was good but there were few flaws like the host's phone number is constantly switched off which is provided in website and also in the banner outside the accommodation. Kindly note that drinking is not allowed inside the room and smoking is allowed only in balcony. Unfortunately the ac of my room was not working that effectively but we were fine as we were out only most of the time. Good thing is that its very near to the Beach.
