The contact person started to reach out to me before day to provide all details they have helped us in checking in and also informed all details of the villa. Advantage: 1. Near to the beach just 5 mins drive from the villa in car or bike 2. Interiors are very good 3. Neat and clean bathrooms and with all facilities 4. The kitchen is highly recommended the appliances are very clean disadvantages: 1. The pool mentioned in the pictures is not right the background image is not true realistic view of pool is average 2. The height of the pool will be ideal for only kids beflo 6 or 8 years 3. There is a very bad smell outside villa which was very irritating and could not even spend time in the pool due to the bad smell. 4. The water in the pool are very sticky though they have the motors for running the water and water is clean the water will give you sticky feeling overall my review is okay property i've not seen any security as well apart from the flaws the interiors and facilities are very good and the staff is very very good and they guided us good. I

family- we enjoy ourselves a lot in south goa with family. Coming to villa it was out of expectation. - the room was too clean and the biggest attraction was the private swimming pool. - the owner is too good, he said it's your property for 2 days so enjoy the stay. - we came there for my daughter's birthday. She enjoyed. - colva beach is nearby 1 km. And rest beaches are also within 3-4 km. - the area is too silent and cool also. It's highly recommended.

Amazing property for family stay

We are a large family, and enjoyed our stay at the villa. We had a small private swimming pool all for ourselves. The host was very pleasant and answered all our queries. The property is close enough to a super-market, grocery store and restaurants. Highly recommended for a large group/family.

We had a wonderful stay here. Great for families and larger groups. Close to supermarkets and other shops, the location is good for exploring south goa. Host was very polite and catered to our requests. The rooms were clean and cozy with good maintenance. All amenities were available for a comfortable and memorable stay. The well maintained swimming pool is an added entertainment. Would love to visit again!
