I noticed worms, cockroaches, and a bad smell in the room; with the AC not working, I had to switch rooms. These all doesn’t justify the cost.

i have been staying in this hotel since 5-6 years in July month for monsoon. day by day facilities provided in this hotel is getting worst with time. they provided me with worst room, small room , small bed, no TV active channel facilities, no curtains in washroom , no water bottles, no proper cleaning. even I recomended them to change but even when hotel was vaccant, they didint provided me the good rooms. every time I m staying in this hotel it's facilities are becoming worst. food is always not on time and sometimes not available, please don't include breakfast in your package, waste of money if added

breakfast option is only limited though they charged it. room is spacious. staff is gpod. overall hotel sray is average.

cleanliness is poor, no food facilities available till evening 7.30 pm not even tea. room has broken table, bathroom accessories were broken. room size is good but ceiling were peeled off...not good experience...ok ok

Poor service Poor cleaning

The hotel did not correspond to the pictures at all and therefore we cannot recommend the hotel. The furnishings are old, worn, unhygienic, dirty, and insects crawl across the bed and the floor. The “please do not disturb” sign was happily ignored by the staff and they knocked anyway. Even after saying “no” several times, the same question would be asked again and again.

rooms are neat and clean staff is good near to very beach parking place available, restaurant is normal

The AC in my room was not functional and also the phone. While in the other room the fridge was not working. The room cleanliness and the linen cleanliness can be improved. The staff was good and very helpful especially to address these issues.

property looks good and is at a walking distance from colva beach, the problem with the property is that no proper cleanliness and cockroaches were there on the tables even on the bed and washroom. Hygiene is a concern.

Nice Room space. Also Staff Service is nice best part is Near to Beach and Market...

The room that they have allotted on the 1st day of checkin was terrible. Filled with cockroaches, dirty bedsheets and pillow covers, stinking bathroom with no hot water, broken ac and what not. On complaint they refused to change the room on the same day but agree to change on the second day, after that on the second day 11 am they changed the room which was slightly better and we could stay in that hotel. No food service, even they don't have intercom facility so that we can ask for water or anything necessary. We have to call on the mobile number or have to go to the reception again and again to ask to bring something in the room. Somehow we just manage to stay there and i never recommend this hotel to anyone.

place is near to the colva beach. And is max 200 metres from the beach. The veg udupi restraunt sagar kinara is also at the walkable distance from hotel. It also has decent place for parking. Breakfast is unlimited with few selections available. The only drawback you will find is the hotel without lift. you need to even walk through stairs to got to 3rd floor and no intercom facility

Very bad experience. Hotel room was uncleaned, smelling bad in the room. There are many cockroaches in the room and bed was very dirty.

Worst property.. not managed properly, no Internet, food is pathetic, the only thing is goods in this property is the location.

Pest issues again

Geyser was not working properly and after continuous follow up they are not willing to resolve the issue. . Terrible experience

The only thing which is good in this hotel is its location. Beds were not clean properly. The staff are very polite but complain only to consolidate. The first room which was allotted to me had a faulty door and then another room had no fridge. The water bottle was not provided on the daily. Never booked this hotel with breakfast as the worst breakfast i had done here which is always provided late at around 10:00 am. In breakfast they provided only tea, puri bhaji or aalu paratha and bread butter on demand only and one thing their restaurant is pure veg. Booking prices are not worth it with the facility.

The room was not clean before check-in. towels, water, clean bedsheet not provided. staff was polite. above things provided after demanding as well. 3rd time I visit still tv not working.
