In terms of location close to Colva beach so it was nice. In terms of facilities apart from toiletry item donot expect much. Even for water we had to go out by ourselves and get it filled. But as most of the time was spent outing it did not matter much. Service at the bar was good. Overall an average stay.

Arrogant staff, hospitality is missing with Indians.
Food is good in attached restaurant, however service time is pathetic. Lack of staff, management stretching the restaurant and bar staff.
Good if you can manage to get the swimming pool facing rooms.

Hotel was good. Staff was good. This hotel was close to Colva beach and near to airport, swimming pool was good and maintained. Neat and clean. Staff supports to arrange the tour for north Goa and South Goa, for the reasonable price. We didn't had any issue for the power and water.
It was our first trip to Goa. And we had no reservations for hotel. As it was off season, we decided to book hotel directly near Colva beach.
This hotel is very near to the Colva beach, 5 min walking. After entering the main reception area we see a huge swimming pool which was very clean and clear. We spent almost half of the time in pool only.
The rooms are precious and clean. Bedsheets and towels were available and the most exciting part was our room was bang opposite to the pool.
The only problem was with the hot water. In our room gyser was not working.
This is really a good option to stay if you are in Colva.

Worst Hotel with arrogant stuf....

I am a frequent traveler, I never had this type worst experience in my life with any hotel. We checked out in half an hour even booking was for two nights. Very arrogant behavior of hotel stuff. Hotel boy was shouting on me pointing his fingers at my face when we complain about toilet flush hand spray is not their toilet. The Manager was most worst, he was supporting the hotel stuff when we complaint to booking website regarding his misbehavior. Rooms are totally different than as shown in website. Dirty toilet and floor of rooms. We got scared with their misbehavior and left hotel in half an hour as we are from different state and not wanted to spoil our Goa trip. It is big security threats specially for family. Please refer attach photos for detail. Same happened for my happened too.
Avoid this hotel.

The experience of the hotel was good. The food was good with quality and quantity. There were activities arranged by this hotel. I had visited this hotel with my family. I didn’t take the food from the hotel. The room was good with all amenities were provided. The behaviour of the staff's was friendly. The hotel was located in the city. The parking facility was available in the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for upcoming travellers.
Great place to stay

Three of us went on a budget trip to Goa. Our estimation was highly botched due to "the great Christmas season". To our delight we found this place at Bogmalo beach called William's Inn.
Its basically a homestay. So do not expect any luxuries no pool and no breathtaking view. Owners are really helpful. On an incident when we came back to room at nearly 3 am and discovered that we have lost the key. Owner gave us a duplicate key with a smile. We were overwhelmed. They also tried to help us in finding the right person to rent a vehicle with best possible price.
Best thing about this place is its viscinity to beach and to rest of taxi/ bus stand. Local bus to Bogmalo drops you right at the footsteps of Williams In. Even if you have difficulty in finding it, local people are happy to help u to find it.
Hope you enjoy reading this and your stay at William's Inn at Bogmalo Goa
