Room and washroom were dirty. There was no towel in washroom.Bed sheets were dirty. Staff was very unfriendly, rude and non-cooperative.

location was good, however the property maintenance and cleanliness is the worst. Non AC rooms were not even breathable, we had to upgrade our rooms and they charged alot extra. Tv was not working, hot water was only available in shower. overall very bad experience. the only good thing was the location, it's very near to colva beach, walking distance.

It’s well maintained resort near Colva beach. Room was clean bathroom was also clean. Its only 6-7 kms away from madgao railway station. All the shops and restaurants are at walking distance from here.

resort location is very near to colva beach staff was very polite and helpful the only thing that disappointed was Room room size were small and there was some irritating smell there

The location is good. Near the parking of the Colva Beach Staff is helpful and Cooperative. The Garden Restaurant in the resort is a happening place .

worst experience - do not want to recommend anyone to stay here. Also requesting MMT to remove this resort from your checklist immediately.

It was a good experience colva beach is hardly a 5 minute walk in distance. Ac and TV working properly. Room service is ok. The receptionist is very supportive. Restaurants are available near hotel

Location is good but accommodation and room quality is very poor

The overall stay is decent, No parking facility. They will ask to park after 11.00 pm in a hotel where only 2 cars can park. Till that time need to park near the beach open parking.

The staff, the location, the ambience, all perfectly suits the goan vibe. Colva beach is just about 2 min walk. The Owner is very cooperative and friendly.

Not satisfied this time with the earlier experience as like second home, no towels provided only mattress provided on demand TV recharge done after repeated requests

I had a booking of two days but I checked out within a day as hotel room condition was very pathetic, there were 2 lizards one in hall and other in bathroom, house keeping was not at all available TV was not in working condition wall's . photos was different and actual condition of rooms was different already shared photos with MakeMyTrip but still no favourable response and also haven't got the refund back even after honestly giving the review.

Good room.. but it needs to be more spacious. Otherwise all is fine. Food are delicious, fast service.

The hotel staff is helpful, rooms are also clean n good, the beach is near to the hotel, many food options are nearby, overall a good place to stay in colva.

This property was very well maintained with staff being very helpful and polite. They honored our request to provide room at ground floor.

Hotel location was good. Walking distance from the beach. But room is not up to the mark. Have a bed smell in bathroom and in room also. Not clear images i have at this time
