Stone Wood Riverfront Resort

Very disappointing stay. No proper mobile network and the hotel Wi-Fi barely worked. The bathroom had a foul odor, making the stay uncomfortable. Transportation was a major issue — outside taxis weren’t allowed, and guests are forced to use expensive local services seemingly backed by hotel staff. Overall, a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience.

the hotel had good facilities and get ambience. Hotel staffs were quite hospitable. stay was amazing. Excellent property and value for money. Food from the restaurant was also good, however, the rawa fish fry could have been better

Feeling terribly bad about a few things.. there was no proper hot water. Even after calling many times, no proper response. Landline not working inside, not rectified even after informing. No proper options in breakfast. Empty containers were kept for breakfast, and whatever available few things were there for breakfast were not good. Breakfast items were not refilled.

It was a good experience but the pool timing was limited from 7:00am to 7:00pm food was good overall the cleaning service ambiance was beautiful.

Location is beautiful, the view from the room looks good perfect riverview. i booked 2 premium cottages and 1 maharaja suite for family. The service is quite good response was quick for services but body was, hand wash and shampoo they are using is all same due to which our hairs got rough after using it. the water which is in the rooms are glass water bottle which they refill with RO water (no bisleri water bottles available in Room). all over breakfast was good. nature of the staff is good, all looks all over better. just they need to change their availblity of shampoo body wash in room.

Pleasant stay, good staff and good food with its in house restaurant, all the known places are nearby

Waking up to such a stunning view from the room was magical. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and made my stay feel extra special. Highly recommend this hotel for both the scenery and the service.

The property is absolutely wonderful particularly the staff is very very friendly and polite and there for you at all times. I will definitely be going back here whenever I’m planning for Goa again.

We had a wonderful experience at Stonewood. The staff was very kind and helpful at every instance. The whole property is very soothing and full of peace, surrounded by lush greenery and a calming ambiance that made our stay truly relaxing and memorable. We had a wonderful experience at Stonewood. The hotel is tucked away down a narrow lane, so getting there felt a bit tricky at first—but once we arrived, it was totally worth it. The place is clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed. We didn’t try the food, so can’t comment on that, but the service really impressed us. The staff were warm, polite, and quick to help with anything. The room was comfortable and everything worked as it should. Overall, it’s a solid stay if you don’t mind the slightly hidden location. Would definitely consider coming back for the great service alone.

The resort’s location is a must visit place for peace lover people. It is situated on a river bank . The property is overall good n peaceful but they need to work on food. V opted for breakfast which had limited spread. Rooms can also be renovated a bit

Excellent location, resort and facilities. We had an initial issue with the rooms allotted, but the hotel staff were kind enough to give us the rooms we needed. Also, the food options were pretty good, right from the breakfast and dinner available in the resorts restaurant. Really good location, ambience and experience. The staff were super helpful, and interestingly they have amazing food options. Would definitely come back.

Accurate to the pictures, nice staff and pool. room was also very good and hygenic. it's a nice place and it also has a river view

We stayed here for two nights with our family and kids(2Y,5Y) and had a pleasant experience overall. The property is well-maintained, clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the serene view by the riverside, which added a refreshing charm to the place—especially enjoyable during late evening hangouts. The food was also satisfying. Our package included breakfast, which offered a good spread of both North and South Indian options, catering well to different tastes. One suggestion for improvement would be the shower in our room. The water pressure and direction made it difficult to use effectively, as it splashed everywhere except where it was needed. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. With a few minor improvements, this place could be even better.

Stay was peaceful, calm and refreshing. Staffs were helpful and cooperative. Must visit resort in Goa.
