The hotel manager, Mr. Happy, was extremely rude and uncooperative. He lacked basic manners while interacting with guests, which was very disappointing. Overall, the stay was unpleasant and it completely spoiled our day.

familyThey need to change the curtain as they are very white and can't control the sun to come inside the room. No room is a dark room that needs to sleep in the dark. They gave me an extra bedsheet to cover windows (that is white too)

Hospitality staff was good. Rooms were clean along with bedding and washrooms. Food provided at restaurant was a economical as per goa beach pricing. Bar was open till 11pm right from 7am. Catering staff was good as well, specially arvind. Till 11pm.

Resort is very beautiful and beachfront. Food is good. Check-in time is 2 pm but they allowed us early check-in. They adjusted one more guest without charging. Very peaceful Resort. One problem is that they don't have power backup for AC. We had a problem because of that.
