Worst resort i have seen in my life. Non professional staff, dirty rooms, no t. V, no fridge, dirty curtains even if you want drinking water you have to take it from reception. Foul smelling in every room. No intercom service in room. If you need anything you have to approach reception. No housekeeping staff i have seen in may three days stay. Do not have how they run such resort in place like goa. I feel cheated never suggest anyone to stay there. Hopeless

The resort is in a very poor condition, AC’s don’t work, rooms stink, bed linens are stained and unwashed, washrooms broken and staff is very unresponsive. The pool is also dirty, food was ok coz one cannot go wrong with aloo parota and omelette otherwise this place is terrible.

Location is excellent. Food is not available here as they don’t have a proper kitchen. Facilities are so so. Wi fi is not available inside room. Rooms are spacious and have good balcony with seating arrangement for each room. Tv, mini fridge, ac, nice bathroom and chair inside and outside. Overall good arrangements. Staff are very helpful and available whenever you need them. Tea is served in room if asked for. Very near to candolim beach and there are some great restaurants nearby to experience typical goan cuisine.

They do not change towels everyday. They do not provide hot water. They do not provide electric cattle. None of the tava works in any room. Room service is pathetic and extremely slow. You will have to call 2, 3 times for 1 thing. Breakfast only 1 option for veg and non veg. Also, veg breakfast was over by the time we reached and reason was that they did not cook enough. Pool was dirty. Entire property had leaves scattered as if no one cleaned or moped the floors. No network and their wifi doesn’t work in rooms. For kids no hot water and no pool. Sharing pictures of ants chilling in my breads.

Not good, property is not maintained, doors are making noise, toilet taps and flush not good. Hotel rating wrongly shown, it's not up to the mark.

I recently stayed at this property oct 2023, should say it's an old dungeon. Water was dripping from the ceiling (see pic) i guess it's from the upstairs bathroom. It's dripping all the way to our bathroom from the ceiling everywhere. It's a very very old property with poor maintenance and staffs. No hot water (they say it's solar but we never had hot water; no geyser, no shower instead kept nozzle which drips, no landline in the room (can u believe it, no wifi (they say but don't work, no proper ac, no clean towels, poor bed and stained sheets, etc, if u really wanna see urself go ahead and book and make your stay horrible. In our room ac didn't work in during night, we walked all the way to reception to call them, the staff who came after few hours and they switching on and off with all luck it got on. If u switch on the split ac it starts after 5 min and noisy. Finally, the staffs were indecent and arrogant. They work on the desk and menial response. They don't listen. Call property and ask for all these, ask if they have phone in the room to call reception, you have to go every time to reception to ask for even a towel or anything. Check and book ! worst place to stay at this cost.

Our stay was very good and location is suitable for exploring the places of north goa. The price too was reasonable and the staffs were hospitable

Room were nice and cozy with very nice greenery. Staff was good. The only issue we faced is power cut several times. Overall nice stay

Not satisfied. Poor service. Ac not working properly. They give us check out alert many time. But they didn't give any alert about breakfast. And finally said breakfast time is over.

in this stay ac was not working, tv was not working, freeze was there but no cooling even after multiple reminder services very bad 👎 never recommend anyone to stay there

Location is good with pool, but need to improve services with hygiene, if service improve business can growth in non holidays seasons too

While the location of the property is excellent in terms of the various places of interest around however the below average response from the staff is what made my stay not so memorable. The pool facing room lacked basic amenities like a mini refrigerator, poor wifi coverage and no phone connection to the reception.

Rooms were smelly, no fresh towels were given on day 2 and 3, no water bottle, no telephone are provided for room service and no cleaning of room on each day.

Very good location and design of hotel but worst management. Not maintained a bit. Dirty compound, all broken things like room doorlock, tv remote, lights, balcony railing etc etc. TV not recharged,AC not cooling. Spring bed with broken springs- could not sleep a bit. Mosquito 🦟 bites all night. Sorry but worst stay experience ever.
