They showed photos of the cottage while booking but when we reached the location, they gave us a different room. The room was just ok, liquid soap dispenser didn’t have the hand wash and wasn’t functional. It’s was half broken. The curtain above our head near the bed was broken and it fell in the night almost close to our head. Luckily didn’t have any injury. Wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.

coupleGoogle room was tidy. Kettel, linen etc was tidy/working. Bathroom is small. Exhaust present. No wiper, which is necessary if bathing area is very small. Shampoo and soap provided. Towels were clean. Parking present adequate numbers. Some cottages require stairs to climb. A basic restaraunt present near parking. Swimming pool present. Staff was very helpful. Mosquito repallant also given. Location is a bit interior and not on main road. Need a vehicle for anytime movement as autos are not here nearby.

Issues can come at anytime. But it should be brought to our knowledge. We take immediate action. We cannot exchange a Twin Room to a Cottage at the the same reservation cost.

Although i only stayed for a day, my experience was of the space was quite good. The place is warm, green, clean & gives off a beautiful vibe. One can truly unwind amid-st the greens and by the pool. A quick walk takes you to the historic st john baptist church which is a must see in the area. Choose this space if you're looking to rest and unwind at a relaxed pace.

Except connectivity in terms of transport, everything about about it just perfect. Peaceful, clean, friendly and helpful staff, homely in house food (need prior confirmation to kitchen) in good quantity. Have all modern amenities like AC, shower, hot water, swimming pool, TV cable, nicely built wooden cottages.

familyOn our arrival we were given a room which was shabby and with a broken commode. After demanding what was seen on the site while booking they shifted us to a better room. No food, tea, coffee available at the Resort everything had to be ordered from outside and took a long time to come.
