Crystal Goa | Rooms & Free Wi-Fi

Room was decent, Clean and Hygiene and proximity to beach (less than a 100 mts). But what makea it more amazing is that the service was amazing and the attender was very helping and gave prompt response to anything we needed.

worst experience in South Goa. The rooms pictures shown in photos don't match. we had taken their second best kinda room, if the light works, the fan stops working, the geyser doesn't work, wifi stops working, water boiler stops working, not even a cupboard has been provided, limited tea, coffee sachets provided, had to put their reception number on our speed dial.

Overall experience has been good. The property is very near to Palolem beach and also the kind gesture of the staff is quite appreciable!

this hotel was terrible.this hotel was unsafe ,Stuffs were rude .So i felt not to check in ....please don't book this hotel

I recently stayed at the Crystal Goa hotel, which is conveniently located just a 200-meter walk from Palolem Beach. The staff were very supportive and cooperative. The hotel offers various facilities, including car and bike rentals (available at an extra cost). Additionally, other beaches in South Goa are easily accessible from the hotel. Overall, it's a nice hotel for a family stay.

The room and wash room with bathtub is very nice... but the hotel exterior is not that good. Staff is also good. Walkable distance from palolem beach.

Location was close to beach, lots of mosquitos. The service and amenities are very less or close to nothing for the price they took.

Stay was very good. The rooms are exactly like how they have shown in the pictures. However hotel exterior was not so good looking. When we landed at the hotel we got a bit worried looking at the hotel from outside. But it was good inside

I will recommend this place if you visit south goa especially the bathroom was awesome and room too good ambience and friendly coustomer service

Staff helpful and pleasant, room was very good, large and modern, also the bathroom. Nice to have a fridge. location very close to beach, 2mins walk. Restaurants and bars all very close as well. No food but can order eat in.

Very worst experience, there are very cheap quality cots and beds, very congested, floor is like oily.
