Kings Villa Garden View Cottages

After a couple of days at a private beach, we sought out this place closer to the shops and the main public beach. Our expectations were so well met at the Kings Villa that we extended our stay. They have all their cottage-style mini-houses located inside the property, with only two exits: one to the beach and the other to reception. This made me feel very safe. Also, in the center of the property is a nice, clean pool. Conveniently, they have a restaurant on-site, and there are many nearby options offering a variety of cuisines. We stayed for six nights, and I tried most of their menu. The food portion sizes are good, and I never got sick. Everything was fresh, which seems to be the case for this place in general, suggesting this area must have access to a fresh market nearby. Getting to the beach is a straight shot down the road; you just squeeze in between the businesses at the end of the road, and you are on one of the most beautiful beaches you'll ever see. In fact, there is a restaurant right there that offers a beach candlelit dinner. Another fun fact is the shops. I purchased many items of Goan clothing and two uniquely beautiful necklaces. Their clothing is so breathable, too. I visited with my wife, father, child, and large dog. No one really had any issue with the dog either. All around, this is a good pick. The AC is strong, the property is clean and safe, there's a pool, and it's located near absolutely everything you need. It can't get much better than that. I am so satisfied that I could go on, but I'll let you all check it out for yourselves.

My stay in Kings Villa Cottage was very good. Special thanks to King Villa hospitality team and also the Guy Naval. He is too good.Facilty in the Kings Villa was extremely good. We will miss the morning walk on Paoleolen beach.

Location, food everything was good but the issue is voltage it was fluctuating . since it is monsoon season we managed otherwise it would be difficult to stay

the room was ok , outdoor best , service charged extra for everything, not provide water bottle that is complimentary, over all good

Location is good, but frequent power issue was there, and room was not much clean, felt little uncomfortable
