We had a very pleasant stay. The hospitality, service and overall experience was excellent. Only the approach road was bad and needs development

good place. terrible access to the property. it is a small path where your car will get stuck.. the road to this place is bad and it is far away from baga and Calangute. so if you are there for party..avoid the stay. positive..good people. absolutely on the beach. the beach is good. we went off season ..so no shacks no other eatery around. but the restaurant uma by the sea was good

Pause by the Sea is definitely one of the most aesthetically pleasing stays I’ve come across in Goa. The vibe is beautiful, and the best part is the location — the beach is literally 50 steps away, which makes it super convenient and special. The pool and overall atmosphere also make it a great spot to relax and unwind. That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The cottage, while charming, had occasional issues like insects inside (likely due to surrounding plants and lower maintenance). The AC and hairdryer also didn’t work properly during our stay. Food-wise, the menu felt quite limited, with not many affordable options, and breakfast had very little variety. Overall, I’d recommend Pause by the Sea for its pool, aesthetics, and unbeatable beachside location — those are truly its strong points. But with better upkeep of the cottages and a more thoughtful menu, it could easily become a perfect getaway spot.

One of my favourite resorts in north goa. It is right on the morjim beach with amazing cottages and a wonderful by the beach restaurant. Best for solo travellers or couples looking to stay close to the beach.

We had a great experience. The staff were helpful and very attentive to details. The rooms were cute and cozy with easy access to the beach. Perfect for a weekend getaway. The food served at the restaurant was bang for the buck. Overall a great experience.

It’s very secluded and for the amount I paid it wasn’t really great The pool was the size of a tank and restaurant was non existent Plus it was too far

The place was cozy and relaxing. Breakfast menu was a little disappointing and which could be made better.

Our stay was so pathetic. They've charged more than the 5 star hotel, and the service we got was like a street side hotel. They denied the cutleries to send in the room late at night, stating that they don't have their own restaurant. The breakfast they served was so ordinary that they couldn't fulfill the basic necessity of the morning breakfast. I made a blunder by booking this as I was getting the Marriott and Hyatt on less than this price in Goa. Will make sure that I'll not recommend this to anyone and will not come back here again.

We stayed at Pause By The Sea with my wife and little one, and it was an absolute delight. The beach is just steps away, the rooms are cozy and peaceful, and the vibe is calm — far from the noisy crowds. The staff was kind and helpful, especially with our son’s needs. It’s the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and soak in the natural beauty of Goa. Highly recommended for families looking for peace over parties!

Property and location great. Issue is approach road for last one kilometre was very bad. I think they can have a better spread for breakfast it was very small choice also got repeated same dishes twice in 5 days. Their restaurant menu also is very limited. Getting any food after 10.30 pm was a challenge which is not great for the place like Goa.

Food was ok, staff were good and cooperative, location was good.

It was an amazing experience to stay at this resort. Delectable food, friendly hotel staff and proximity to one of the best beaches in goa makes it a perfect choice for everyone. Only feedback for the kitchen is to add more breakfast options and make the way to the resort a little smoother!

Pause by the sea is a nice property for beach side stay experience. It's located on the morjim beach. Enjoyed our stay with a delicious breakfast. Ms prachi the manager is supportive and understanding. The swimming pool is well maintained and clean. The luxurious villa is a bit small but sufficient for 02 adults and a child. Overall we had a relaxed and leisure stay. Totally recommended

our stay at pause by the sea was amazing. this is the perfect place to catch a sunset by the beach. just step out of your room and you see the beach. food at their restraunt *uma by the sea* was very good especially the veg xacuti😋 all the staff was very helpful and sweet. we will definitely be staying
