Hilltop sea View Palolem Beach

I have paid 4k for one day for this hotel but it's not deserve that paid Amount Room was not much clean . No professional staffs No Chekin entry No checkout signature No ID Chekin

Images in the portal are different from the originality, lack of proper services and the entire place is under construction which was not informed before,lack of parking, and a worst food quality that you can expect. That's all

not have some good amenities location is good service is average

The stay was located in a very suitable place with a great view and diner just next to the property serving amazing food and games to play including Table Tennis, carrom board, foosball, Archery etc. The service was good.

Well, its not the first time i came to stay at Hilltop Palolem, I like their ambiance, their rooms have excellent ocean views

The view was great, but service was not up to the mark. The room was very basic, there was no cleaning service during our stay. Reaching the staff was very difficult.

Hotel view was excellent, but services was very poor. We stayed for 3days and no cleaning done. No drinking water they provided except first day which is weird

Ashwin bhai the co owner of the resort was an amazing human being and a great host. The room had an amazing view, waking up to serenity. The bathroom had a bit of an issue wid the water supply but was rectified immediately after we reported. There are boat rides to different places and the experience wid Ashwin bhai was so so good. Food can be better but there are a lot of options to explore food. If you ask me do not go for food in house. Rest all good. Thank you so much Ashwin bhai for a wonderful time.

We booked two separate rooms but one of the room had not hot water. We had to borrow the hot water from other room. Power cut observed twice for 10-15 mins each time. No generator backup. But overall location and view was nice.

The staff was rude. The cleanliness issue. The hotel management has to work on soft skills. The sea view from the hotel was great. Enjoyed leaving the negatives aside. Even there was a snakes around the rooms

The huts / cottages are quite old and need maintenance. Both the washroom & rooms were basic in terms of furniture fixtures. The service was quick and staff were well responsive. Food options were limited and prices were at par with shacks or starred hotels. The property is on coulomb beach which can be accessed after a 2 min trek from far left of palolem beach. Through road, its 1. 5 kms from palolem market and access road is bumpy.

View was good from the property and very close to beach, however not recommended for family but for bachelors. We need to leave the property as we didn't find it safe for family. No intercom and bathroom was not cleaned and bathroom fitting were not maintained

My stay at hilltop sea view palolem beach resort was truly incredible! the breathtaking view and the private access to the beach made the experience unforgettable. The service was outstanding, with a cooperative and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

The stay is terrible, it was not at all clean and the people here are not responsive, there is no power, there are no proper amenities, its not worth the money

Overall a very good experience. Staff is very supportive. View from the balcony is really worth to stay.
