LACTO CRESSIDA HUTS

We booked an AC room expecting a comfortable stay, especially since we were traveling with kids. Unfortunately, the power kept cutting off throughout our stay, making the AC useless and the room extremely uncomfortable, especially at night. Our children couldn't sleep properly, and it was quite distressing. What made it worse was the attitude of the owner she was unhelpful and dismissive of our concerns. No effort was made to fix the issue or offer any kind of support or compensation. We had high hopes for our trip to Palolem, but the stay at this property was a major letdown. Definitely not recommended for families or anyone expecting basic reliability and hospitality.

The only positive is its location near the sea. Otherwise, the stay was disappointing. The huts are wooden, but not well-maintained. Daily cleaning is missing, and hygiene in the bathroom is poor—no stool, no handwash liquid, and unclean overall. The blanket provided was of cheap local quality. There’s no room service, no staff support, and the atmosphere was unpleasant with drunk guests often shouting and fighting. Not recommended for a peaceful or hygienic stay. The property's only redeeming feature is its seaside location. However, the overall stay fell short of expectations. The wooden huts require significant maintenance. Daily housekeeping services were absent, and bathroom hygiene was substandard, lacking a stool, hand soap, and exhibiting general uncleanliness. The provided blanket was of inferior local quality. Furthermore, the absence of room service and staff support, coupled with disruptive behavior from intoxicated guests, created an unpleasant and unpeaceful atmosphere. We do not recommend this location for guests seeking a tranquil and hygienic experience.

Lac-to cressida is amazing property, veer close to beach. And for children you have veer open space to play and adults too enjoy with given hammock outside of the each room
