Resort Martins Siesta

This is my third stay at Martin Siesta. The place is warm and friendly. The staff also is accomodating, especially PaaJi (sorry don't remember his name). He'll serve you breakfast with the warmest smile which will make your day. I'll come back again for sure

Great Stay with good service, food and other amenities. Rooms are cleaned. Property location is also nearby tourist places.

Worst experience with this hotel. Reception boy charged us 1000 rs for bedsheet which was already dirty.

1) room was not clean at all and with the dust that came, looked like for several days the room is not cleaned! housekeeping was made to properly sweep and swab. 2) bedclothes were shabby and smelt of uni- freshness 3) staff has to really really learn the art of speaking with customers i regret that we had to stay here, mores o because we are travel-ling in a group. Thank him

The person at the reception told on the call that they will provide early check in on the spot on arrival. As we reached the hotel then the person who was on night duty denied for early check in. He was not knowing anything about the booking even dont know how to use the computer to check the booking. We have to sleep on sofa for atleast 5 hrs then after they demanded extra money to give rooms. After a long arguement they provided us room. The room was full of insects and the service was very poor. They dont even provide toothkit.

The hotel is charging way too much for the service they provide, the room was average, water bottles were being charged, i paid extra 1000 for early check in. Already booked the room in 20, 000 inclusive of breakfast with 2 nights stay but they didn’t have the buffet system, it was a la carte with very very less options! it wasn’t even worth of 300 for 2 people. Management has to work real hard for this. The sikh guy was a great person though. No complaints from the staff. They were great.

I will be very honest with you the hotel is not like a 4 star property but rooms are clean and especially washrooms are very clean which is our major concern in almost all the hotels. Here staff is very welcoming and jolly, especially the restaurant staff. Cyril and michael are one of the best persons there they are very humble and welcoming. The food is another usp ther if you like north indian style food then you will love the food served, and they do have live music and great ambience. In short i loved my stay over there. And thanks to the entire staff for making my stay awesome. Only one feedback from myside is please change the pool water every 2-3 days.

There was 2 blocks, at which i paid 2k for one night did not have any wifi so my full day was without network. And the hotel was okay room was also okay

The staff were wearing mask, but unmasked while talking. No temperature checks done. No santisers provided. Food quality is good. Room service for food ordered at thier resturant.

I visited the same hotel 3 years before and the service was too good as compared to my last visit. They will not send maximum food order to your room and no toiletries in the bathroom you better bring your own (which was not the case in my previous visit) also you need to call them to clean the room and change the towels which used to done by them everyday without me reminding them.

Rooms ok, kettle and fridge provided but no tea bags or sugar etc. Hotel looks pretty in the night and a short drive out of the crowded baga area but there are rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor and there is no lift so u could get an unpleasant surprise if u get slotted on the 3rd floor.

Despite calling the reception 4-5 times a day, no room cleaning was done. Tv did not work even for a day. Bathroom exhaust wasnt working. Dirty bed sheets, when requested to change they turned deaf ear to all requests. Pathetic experience over all!

The resort was excellent and a real value for money stay option in Goa. The room given to us was great, clean with every amenity. The room was complete with an air conditioner, television, mini bar, two balconies facing the pool, seating in one of the balconies, heating for the water in the shower, a simple and elegantly designed washroom complete with a rain shower, a locker for your valuables when you leave the room, Wi-Fi, ample of storage spaces and finally a kettle with service tea and coffee options. The resort has parking if you decide on driving down to Goa. The resort staff are courteous and very helpful and their room cleaning is impeccable. Room service and mini bar are quite nominally priced. Breakfast is included in the package but options are limited. For the cost at which they are offering the room honestly the breakfast inclusion is a steal. The resort is excellently located there is a car wash just 100 meters away and stores for other essentials such medicines at a walking distance. It is on the Calangute Mapusa road so just 15 minutes away from major locations you'd want to visit such as Baga, Vagator, Anjuna, Mapusa market. The icing on the cake is each room has a internet router ensuring good Wi-Fi connectivity. Finally I have only positive reviews of the food at the resort. We ordered room service only on two occasions but on both occasions the food quality was excellent. We ordered sea food which was very fresh and flavorful. The resort pool is small but well maintained it's an approximate of 10 meters long, the pool is open from 8 am to 6 pm daily I think, it's an open air pool and there is also a kiddy pool adjoining it, pool towels are provided. I am certain to revisit and recommend this resort to my friends.
Although the resort has a gen set in case of power cuts there are power cuts almost every day. But the longest we had to wait for the power to resume was 5-10 minutes.
