This is an excellent property to stay and chill in Goa. Food tastes okayish. Location is also very good. The beach is hardly 50mts away. Loved the ambience of the property, especially at night. Service at the Bongo Shack is also good. If you want to do water activities, this is the place. Overall, had a great time. 👍

I had originally booked this place for just a few hours on my last day in Goa to be closer to the airport. But good lord, I wish I had booked it earlier because it was absolutely amazing! The cottage was stunning, with easy access to the beach, and the restaurant was fantastic. My only regret is not staying for 2-3 days. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful.

They can improve on the basic amenities like proper functioning of ac, water heaters and basic cleanliness of balconies.

Little india cottages are made in natural sand and greenery and the calangute beach is accessible on a 2 min walk from within the cottages. They have their own decent shack that provides you food and drinks. Better choice than a lavish all time 5 star stays. It give you a goa cottage stay vibes.

The stay was very good. The cottage was located very close to the beach, ~ 2 min walk from the cottage. But being the beach side cottage you will not get any view of the beach from there. Good amenities: pool and an in house/by the beach food shack which delivers to your room. We had one issue, which was with the hot water. But the staff were helpful enough to arrange the hot water seperately.
