It was good. We booked with breakfast which was also nice. there were cuties kittens in the property and it was overall a great experience

The Hotel is full of rules and regulations. Swimming pool is not functional after 6 PM. I was charged 1000 for just 1 and half hour early check in. No one from the house keeping staff came to clean my room in these 2-3 days. The receptionist dint seems to be interested in assisting.

The room had a musty smell, but overall it was large and comfortable. The swimming pool was also nice

Average. Location is good staff is good. Room cleanliness can be improved. Fishy smell inside room. Near to calangute beach.

Stay was comfortable, staff is also good in behaviour, service all good, need to improve regarding the breakfast menu with all the selection items because if you order one item then u r not supposed to take another also the there are limitations to take that item only one time. The hotel is located near to main road but the beach distance is 1.2km so need to tracel by walk is quite difficult and if u r taking any cab they will change u huge. Rest all good.

The room allotted to us was average not as shown in the picture also they were hurrying to much to check out. Overall 3. 5-4 stars from our end if you are looking for a budgeted stay & looking for a place just to sleep after partying in north goa.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The properties also a good and the room was also big. We had only one problem about the cleanliness of the room. The room was not clean up to the mark or the balcony has dust on it. Every time we put our hands on the railing, our hands will be covered with dust.

Very pathetic experience. Nothing is right. The swimming pool was not cleaned. Towels are not cleaned. No parking available. Staff is also rude.

Nice stafe nice room but swimming pull was not good water was so darity and note breakfast in hotel breakfast is after 9:30 am bus outside

As per the images, the hotel is very small and the swimming pool also. I booked a deluxe room but it was not worth the cost I had spent. The television is not working properly and also Tata Sky is not working properly. When I told them that they had started. We have spent 2 nights and 3 days in the hotel, but during that time, we have seen only 3 to 4 members of the hotel staff. We have booked a hotel including breakfast. As per hotel rules, breakfast time is 8 AM TO 10 AM, but you will get breakfast after 10:30 due to the hotel renovation. We told them to give us breakfast immediately because we had to go outside sightseeing. After that, they managed sandwiches, burgers, and tea from outside. As per all my experience, I am disappointed.

Room was cleaned, swimming pool was so small and dirty and main thing in hotel, room and toilet everywhere, wherever we see there was posters of charging fines

The property's location is favorable, with all prominent beaches easily accessible from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay. However, the entrance is narrow.

I had a decent stay overall. The receptionist and staff were helpful, the breakfast food was fresh, tasted good, and was promptly served to the room. However, the bed was uncomfortable as they joined two separate beds together, and unfortunately, it had a lot of bed bugs, so be cautious. On the positive side, ac and hot water were available around the clock. Plus, there are plenty of budget-friendly restaurants and beautiful beaches nearby

The hotel is a good budget option for anyone looking to stay close to the market. The calangute beach is also nearby and can be reached by foot. The hotel is neat and the staff is good too.

Stay was very terrible. They don't offer anything amenities and room service. Pool was also not good. And they have dogs and cats all around. Overall i can't sleep for that night and change my stay the very next day

Actually it is not worth bcoz as per my experience room are not good and service is also poor ther r more better options are ther then this I personally recommend not good

The hotel was average, the pool was small. Big problem was the property smells of dogs kept at the reception. The smell was unbearable and even gets into the room after room service. The parking was also an issue

Location and food is good. Service is bad. No proper cleaning is done. Services is poor and late.
