Aarju Luxurious Wave

This place is located very well and most of the north Goa is fairly accessible easily however the property is messy, lack of hygine all aroud. Guthka and Paan spits are visible at stairs, there is no room service as such (no house keepers) who can carry luggage. If you are travelling with kids i would suggest not to book this place at all (kids can demand food anytime). Rooms/bathroom and toilets are clean but the property screams deteriorated.

The stay was good and comfortable. Hospitality and service of hotel was good.

Property was easily accessible, apartment was great and had a great time with my friends there. Food taste could be improved.

The stay was nice. The pool time could have been longer and the canteen food could be better. Other than that cleanliness ambience and housekeeping service everything was nice

The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Swinlmping pool also very neat & clean. Food quality was good. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. Improvement area - curtains are dirty & not cleaned - should be clean

The good: it was clean and comfortable for my family of 5. Having 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms was great. Staff was accommodating. The bad: when i booked, i expected more of a luxurious or upscale stay, based on the pics of the rooms we saw on google . When we got here, it was not even close. Not impressive at all. The diningware provided were so old and busted, it was off putting to eat or drink from them. The living room sofas were old and smelly, and had tears in them. There were mildew build up in the showers. Although it’s clean overall, it’s just off-putting to see that the upkeep wasn’t on par with the cleanliness. Also, the ad said it would have futon and bed on the bedroom but that translated to a little foam mattress to sleep on the floor(my 3 kids had to share one bed while i slept on the mattress on the floor. I would only book here again because i feel comfortable having my 3 small kids in the same space as my husband and i. And if they would update the look and provisions of the place. Ac and internet worked fine for us. 2 of them weren’t working so great. I would surely love an adjustment on my bill before i check out

its was amazing stay for 4 ngts. want to spend more time at this place. baloncy was the best place to hangout in entire room. its was huge.overall nice experience to stay in such a big room.

Arju is a good and neat place to stay with very supportive staff and proactive manager. There are some issues, but they won't trouble us much. They are 1. No tea maker in the apartment 2. Restaurant is not good (there are a lot of restaurants just outside the property) 3. No airport pickup or drop (there is a taxi stand just at the gate, where you get taxi or rent-a-car)

Well maintained rooms and pool is also hygene

The rooms were very shady and do not match with the pictures. Lot of mosquitoes and insects which is okay but the property was not kept clean because of which tiny insects kept annoying us throughout our stay. Bedsheets and soft covers not of good quality or clean enough for use. Food service was okay. Wifi was pathetic. Good careers like airtel, vodafone, idea won't work. Only jio works that too very rarely.
