I stayed at their deluxe ac sea facing room for 2 days and I payed and amount for 2 days. The experience was not so pleasant. The room was really tiny for a deluxe experience. The ac was not cooling properly. The geyser was not working at all. On complaining the owner took it very casually asking us to adjust. Also the bathroom tap was leaking which made us feel like we were sleeping under waterfall.

family with 1 kidI stayed at Shambho retreat for 8 days with my wife and child. Here is my experience: Location - Location is excellent and right on the beach. there are plenty of restaurants around. Amenities - They only provide hot water and a very small cattle. nothing else, room service done on alternate days, It should be done on daily basis as it's on beach and chances of room getting dirty are higher. NO VALUE FOR MONEY in terms of amenities. Service - Pathetic, they have only one staff member who doesn't even respond. Absolute zero in terms of service, they just don't care about your satisfaction. they are just charging a very good amount just to ignore you.

coupleIt was my second stay at this resort, i had a best time in last year so chose this property again, it's similar to what it was but may be since they were resuming from 1st oct some basics like water force in tab and flush was not working, renovation was going on so didn't feel very comfortable with it. Staff and owner are best, they feels like a family members. They arranged cab for the airport at reasonable cost, it was very clean too. So overall nice stay, good food options nearby

Lovely, quiet property with no onsite bar or restaurant so noise disturbance when you're ready for bed. Amazing selection of bars and restaurants within five minutes walking distance including serenity restaurant next door that has a large breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. I had hut h which is one of two huts located facing directly onto the beach. What a treat to fall asleep to and wake up to sounds of waves crashing on the shoreline.

Cottage was excellent. Was present on the shores of agonda beach. The care taker was so pleasing. Rooms and bathrooms were tidy and clean. Only thing is restaurant is not attached but many are at walkable distance and care taker is also ready to arrange for the same. Agonda is like mid of south goa. If you are planning to explore south goa this would be mid area to roam around.
