Review Of SHAMBHO RETREAT

The view was awesome. Need to add a few amenities like refrigerator, TV. Also looking for some better room service.

I stayed at their deluxe ac sea facing room for 2 days and I payed and amount for 2 days. The experience was not so pleasant. The room was really tiny for a deluxe experience. The ac was not cooling properly. The geyser was not working at all. On complaining the owner took it very casually asking us to adjust. Also the bathroom tap was leaking which made us feel like we were sleeping under waterfall.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is on the beach. Room was small but clean. Perfect for beach stay.

I stayed at Shambho retreat for 8 days with my wife and child. Here is my experience: Location - Location is excellent and right on the beach. there are plenty of restaurants around. Amenities - They only provide hot water and a very small cattle. nothing else, room service done on alternate days, It should be done on daily basis as it's on beach and chances of room getting dirty are higher. NO VALUE FOR MONEY in terms of amenities. Service - Pathetic, they have only one staff member who doesn't even respond. Absolute zero in terms of service, they just don't care about your satisfaction. they are just charging a very good amount just to ignore you.

It was my second stay at this resort, i had a best time in last year so chose this property again, it's similar to what it was but may be since they were resuming from 1st oct some basics like water force in tab and flush was not working, renovation was going on so didn't feel very comfortable with it. Staff and owner are best, they feels like a family members. They arranged cab for the airport at reasonable cost, it was very clean too. So overall nice stay, good food options nearby

Very poor no proper entrance no resturant no room service. The rooms are very small and no water supply in the morning

It's a nice, quite place for a peaceful stay. The sea facing room has a great view. Food options at the nearby restaurants are great. Overall a good place to stay.

Great location, exactly what i wanted. Lee at the reception was so helpful. All shacks are just a few steps away. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Awesome property just a few steps to get to the beach. Using a/c and hot water any time you require.

Excellent stay. Lissabi on reception is very nice person. He manages everything very well. Best view of sea.

Awesome welcome + views + rooms

I spent wonderful time at shambho retreat. I had booked sea facing hut which was on the beach, it was clean, peaceful. I could see the serene landscape of ocean from my room.

Lovely, quiet property with no onsite bar or restaurant so noise disturbance when you're ready for bed. Amazing selection of bars and restaurants within five minutes walking distance including serenity restaurant next door that has a large breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. I had hut h which is one of two huts located facing directly onto the beach. What a treat to fall asleep to and wake up to sounds of waves crashing on the shoreline.

Cottage was excellent. Was present on the shores of agonda beach. The care taker was so pleasing. Rooms and bathrooms were tidy and clean. Only thing is restaurant is not attached but many are at walkable distance and care taker is also ready to arrange for the same. Agonda is like mid of south goa. If you are planning to explore south goa this would be mid area to roam around.

Room was pretty good, neat and clean. Peaceful and calm ambience. Helpful and responsive staff. Laundry service was great. Overall awesome experience. Highly recommended

It was sweet small resort with 10 sets of cottage. Nicely managed, right on the beach and very comfortable stay.

Staff service is very well, nice place in cu-pal stay, sea view suit is nice, enjoying beach huts, this property is very clean nice huts in agonda

Awesome experience, located rt in front of beach, staff was very hospitable. Pooja, the owner is very co-operative. Not even a single con about this property. A must visit if you are going to south goa
