The rooms were not at all like the images. The rooms were stinking horrible and the bed Sheets and cover ups were also dirty and smelly Breakfast however was fairly decent

I believe the hotel overall is good. But needs to be maintained. Rooms are spacious. Mirrors and other amenities weren't that great. Room service was good. But cleaning and other services were not very prompt.

the toilets were not cleaned and the hotel bedsheets were also not clean terribly experience here would never recommend dont trust the property photos showed on google

It was a great stay in vagator. Property is situated at well connected place and staff is good as well. Its worth every single penny spent.

The stay was good, the food quality they servo in their inhouse restaurant it was great. (north indian food only. Staff is helpful & cooperative. Only missing in room is iron table, fridge, locker.

The hotel looks nothing like it’s marketed in the pictures. Dirty bedsheets, cracks on the wall and stains on curtains

The a/c in the room which we had booked was not functioning properly! cooling was less

The hotel is good. But i was overcharged for food and drinks with reason saying out menu is not updated.

The property is located at a decent locality. Vagator, anjuna and chapora are the closest places to explore around the property. I stayed here for a night. The rooms are spacious and clean although the price range is a little high considering the overall ambience.

Property listing photos is not what you get, it's a poorly maintained property. Mine room 207 on 1st floor didn't have proper lock on main door and sliding window, toilet pipe was broken and was just lying on the floor, no liquid soap provided, all drawers are jammed. Be careful on the corner of furniture including bed as the quality of workmanship was poor, all of us got hurt. We had complimentary breakfast but instead of buffet we were given such choices that we had to really struggle. They finally agreed to give alternative with additional payment. So not recommended for family stay.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Had a great stay at Porto. Rooms are clean. Hotel staff is well spoken. The property was clean and the service was good. Restaurant food is too good. It was a pleasant stay 😊
