Easy check in and check out, supportive caretakers, bike rental available. Restaurant with Candle light dinner nearby. Peaceful beach.

Room maintenance is not good

Unhygienic, a/c was not working properly. Not recommended for couples. Partial sea view has no sea view.

The view was superb. Stay was comfortable. It is towards the end of the beach if you are looking for some peace and quiet. Fridge is provided. Ac wasn't working properly, so it was a bit hot.

I have already raised two concerns regarding this hotel. Pols check my requests. I need entire amount refund as you have spoiled my trip.

Location is good breakfast they charged it’s not mentioned in booking stinky smell in rooms towels very bad condition staff ok but not upto the mark no cleanliness washroom lot of insects and bad smell i don’t recommend this property

Room was clean at first… our stay for 3 days.. next day we left the key for cleaning. But no one bother to clean. Once we back to the room, Room was as is. We ask the caretaker they said they dnt know they have to clean. Then we called the owner.. then they cleaned the room. They wasted our almost 1 hr. Caretaker should be trend well. When you enter to property it all messed up near reception area. We already paid whole amount else we would left that place. No restaurant there nearby. If you ask any hotel there. They will point only 1 hotel which is almost 1 km away

First of all it is at the end of agonda beach, looks like a dead end, not happening, no facility at the property, only stay apart from that you will get no facility. The staff looks like new or non experience but it's not their fault, the owner of the property is very arrogant, owner is responsible for the mismanagement. We stayed there for 3 days, day 1 and 2 no hot water. When 3rd day again we complain the owner, he was not ready to accept his mistake, he was keep on saying that we have not switch the button on, but one of his caretaker said the geyser is not working. They do clean the room, they do not change the cup etc. They do not clean the dustbin, if they will clean they will forget to put the garbage bag again. The fact is that for everything you have to ask them to do for eg for change of bed linen, towel, hot water, no water, garbage bag, cups, outside the property table chair, resting bench for everything, it on top of that quiet possible they will forget. No restaurant at the property, not even breakfast. They need to improve a lot.

The most horrible experience i ever had with make my trip (mmt. When the property is non functional (or in mm t executive words sold out, then why make my trip (mmt) listed them on their portal and even take full payment for booking.

i was there in agonda heritage for 2 days, experience was not so good reasons 1- the care taker was just there to handover the keys thats it! he didn’t even ask anything about room cleaning. Dont know whether he does or not for other people 2- the toilet/bathroom was stinky and there was standing water on the floor which was not draining out we had to clear it with the wiper by ourself. It could have been better. I dont have photos

Stay at agonda heritage was good. Just service needs to be more faster. Also, cleaning to be done on regular basis. Otherwise, all things are fine.

Good stay all amenities were present very close proximity to beach

All d water in bathroom stays and doesn’t drain coz of no slopping floor. No proper maintenance, no phne to call reception nor to contact for food

There is only a bed and the room size is so small, no space at all. Washroom was not so clean when we checked in and there were no toiletries in the washroom. They also took charges for drinking water bottles they provide. They don't even pick the calls when we were lost. I won't be visiting it again!

This resort is located right on beach and good for privacy as it is on one side of agonda beach. Cola beach is 2 min drive hardly 1 km. Agonda market is 5 min walk. Overall it was nice experience staying in this property.

I had booked a front sea view cottage. However, the staff refused to give the room and asked for extra charges and asked us to book it offline. Staff was rude and no kitchen was available with the cottage. And whenever asked for food they gave some or the other excuses.
