Washroom are really bad and we couldn't bear the rotten smell all over

The stay is good, and the restaurant attached to it have good food, and it's on the agonda beach, and they also have food supply in the beach and candle night dinner too, allover a good stay.

Amenities are very less …toilet flush was not good…bed room is not spacious enough for family

Huts are clean and hygienic. Best is the view which is just breathtaking. One can get direct access to sea from the sea view huts.

1. Reception asked to show the receipt of booking done. 2. Then he showed another room which was not as mentioned. 3. Food served was terrible and there was big debate which happened on the dish served, i had asked for kingfish where he served some local fish which lots of bones. 4. Water served for bathing was salty, may be sea water as it was not hygiene5. House keeping staff was not cooperative. No, this is not recommended place. Nice place to stay

Hut is right opposite to beach. However, hut is not maintained and water needs to be requested. Hot water will be provided on request and bed is in bad condition and no air cooler or ac. But super hot during night as well as mosquito literally kills during at night.

The stay was very good, It’s a beach hut. Can enjoy evening sunset and good restaurants as well parallel to the hut.

The hotel was just below average considering the money i paid for. There was no water in the washroom after requesting them to resolve the problem was resolved though. The rooms are pathetic. Washroom has drainage issues it seemed we were worried about water entering the room from the bathroom floor. Mosquito net was torn n looked pretty dirty.

There weren't any safety protocols per say other than hand sanitizer that was present at the entrance. However the huts were well spaced out

There are few points which we want to share with mm t for their further negotiation with hotel management- (a) welcome & hospitality- there are very serious questions regarding their experience in this segment. They had not a minimum idea that how to welcome a guest. When we arrived at the hotel, we found the manager **** owner busy over a phone. He didn't bother to check our id card at all. After standing there for atleast 15 mnts, he hastily showed us our room when he was still speaking over phone! (b) room- room was spacious but the main problem was that there was no hangers or wardrobe existed. (c) bathroom- bathrooms were very pathetic. There was a serious problem of water logging. (d) structure of hut- the hut we stayed it was a completely makeshift arrangement. (e) location- location of the hut was very good. It was only 10m away from agonda beach (f) it was mentioned in the voucher that a complementary seasonal welcome drink will be provided in the hotel. When we asked about that, the owner told us that mm t had included the feature without consulting the hotel. So, they can't provide any seasonal drink or water.

The hotel is exactly at the beach so try booking sea facing rooms. Rooms are very basic and provides almost all the necessary amenities. This is the cheapest sea facing rooms you will find in the area. It's perfect for bachelors or couples. The caretaker mr. Din u is very friendly and provides solutions to all your needs. Good stay for 1-2 nights

No measure take to ensure safety. Location is perfect as it is at the centre of the beach.

I can easily recommend this hotel to a group of friends definitely because the stay was really nice and the beach view from the cottage is excellent also the important factor is budget and friendly staff. Food location and service everything is really good in budget.

Location is amazing. Service is extremely good, i didnt have to ever arrange for scooty and other needs. All were taken care by the staff. Staff is welcoming and cater to your needs. Very polite and helpful staff. Had an amazing stay here.
It was utmost priority of the staff to maintain safe hygiene all the time. All the time staff and owner were wearing masks.

Location is too good to chill and hangout. It's hut at the agonda beach so there is no doubt in lactation. They have there own restaurant where you can get tea coffee snacks etc whatever you want any time. And staff members are too friendly and helpful. Will recommend this place to stay if you are going in south goa.
