It was good but aunty (owners wife) keep telling to not use more water. Worst thing is they dont clean room and there is not house keeper. We needed to cleaned by own.

Hi, I am not satisfied with the stay with this property, when I booked this property through MMT portal shows that check out time is 11:00, but when I visited the property they are telling that the check out time is 10:30 am. This is very unfortunate. Kindly rectify it.

Owner/caretaker was not there at the property. when I called him he said i was not there at the property and went out to watch match and i cant help you out.

The place is near to coulomb beach and has also a nice view. Room was clean, but hot water didn't work, although they tried to make it work. Friendly staff.

Location is great. Staff is supportive. However the road to shiv sai huts is not good, also no lights on its way which is bit scary in night. Bed was not comfortable, and were having cockroaches and insects in bathroom.

I stayed in room #3. I don't think all rooms are same. Location of this place perfect, near palolem beach, shopping market is close to this place, plenty to eat around, closest petrol pump is 4-5 km away, new and good condition bikes available on rent. Rooms can be little bit improved such as small opening on the walls in bathroom allows insects, lizards to join us. In winter season, when night is colder, double blanket for couple should be provided instead of single blanket. Also, to reach this hotel at night is difficult due to lack of street lights near it.

familyVery difficult to find the property location. The road conditions are poor in front of the resort. Our hut was clean. The property is near the beach. But a food service facility should be there. I don't want to recommend this stay. We didn't find it worthy.

Best of its class hilt-op hut at south goa has delighted us. Rupesh and his family, takes good care of visitors. Nice stay, every tourist should go once and enjoy a beach hut stay in a height. Best for couple as well. Happy touring !

Location is excellent. Rooms are average bedsheet and pillow cover was not so clean, hot water comes only for 1 min again you have to turn off and turn on. And they provide only soap no dental kit. Only one towel. Everything in stay is average. But owner was good. If you compromise with room, location and beach area is very nice

It was an amazing time at Shiv Sai huts, the Host where helpful, and best part is location of the beach just 2 min from the beach rooms are good too, opt for it if you are planning to explore the places around as it is pocket friendly, will surely visit again😊
