staff is not proper and rude behaviour to with us.. no proper response.light issue in first day I am paying some extra amount for AC ... but ac is not working whole night ... please make my trip remove this hotel because I am facing teriable experience i am not suggesting this hotel in any one

Didn't provide the rooms booked. Blankets not provided. Geyser not present. Provided a 2 bed room with extra 2 bunk beds as a 4 bed room which is not good in replacement for 2 double bed rooms

Rooms are not clean there are so many ants on bed, taps in the washroom are also not in good condition.

Absolutely amazing experience. Owner of this place is very friendly. Enjoyed my time there highly recommended

Rooms are ok, the place is right on the beach, there's a common balcony with beach view, budget stay good for solo travelers, just need a bit more cleaning, room had moisture stink, when we entered first time in room, bedsheet needed to be clean.

They treat us very bad. Rooms are very dirty. Even they try to scam us. Manager is very rude. Hotel staf and manager assault us and gives death threats. So disappointed with this hotel.

The hotel rooms are really tiny as soon you open door first thing you see is washroom. And also they painted entire property so all time there was smell of paint. Balcony area also was not clean. Done.

It's horrible because i dint stayed at the hotel as the hotel was closed for renovation and hotel owner was denied to give room. How can mm t give bookings to customer where the hotel was currently closed. I lost my money also. Hope i could get a my money back

The stay in cupids resort goa was very terribl and difficult to us. Non hygienic resort. Please dont refer this resort to anyone who booking rooms through make trip.

The location of the hotel is right next to the beach which is good but the rooms are filled with ants. We had to change the room in our two day trip. The staff is understanding and supportive. The hotel also has a restaurant which serves good food.

Next to the beach, nice rooms, not much crowded area, overall a good experience we had

for budget travelers this place is good. am on long trip ; so i had to think of budget☺️🍺. they don't have ac or fridge. Beach is just 20 metre far & property is on road. Hotel care taker Susil is good and attentive👍.

Price is less and hence hospitality and service will be like that. Room was clean and ventilated, care takers were good too. Only problem is they need to give water bottle and other minimum daily stuffs to guest

Will recommend this stay for group of friends. You get every basic amenities for this price. Cleanliness is best. Staff is also helpful.
