The property is very close to the beach, just 1 min away. Nearby you have all the restaurants and shopping stalls, thereby making it convenient for solo travellers. Even though the checkin was mentioned to be at 12pm, they allowed me to checkin before time unlike other hotels. And this i loved the most. There is room service available with reasonable menu. For checking out there is no compromise. You have to vacate the hotel sharp at 10 am. Room was also clean and tidy and was quite spacious. Just the blanket could have been a little better quality. Over all worth the price they are charging.

Good place to stay as single or couple. Rooms are pretty good. Just the wi-fi never seems to work. Otherwise good place to stay near the beach which is accessible with a 1 minute walk.

One room they gave us 4:30pm they said me to wait more than 4 hours and while check out they wont allow to extend the time very bad

The stay was excellent, cleanliness and hospitality was very good. The room was very spacious. The beach is 2mins walkable. Overall we had amazing stay for a week.

I am booking two rooms all rooms are clean no any doubts washrooms are also clean and hygienic room owners are coprative beach is very close to our hotel clean beach nears by all good food-in hotels snacks corner shopping are available near buy

Want to give a honest review ..we stayed here for 1 day ..room is exactly as shown in picture ..hygenic …spacious ..but maintaince and service was disappointing ..when we went there was no electricity …they had no alternative for electricity ..by using some small generator they only turned on one fan and one small light ..no switches to charge phone ..our phones got switched off as soon as we checked it …when we asked them to atleast arrange us a switch in room they said they cant ..but charged our phone from somewhere outside and gave back (it was helpful) ..no bisleri water for drinking ..they fill water in bisleri bottle and keep ..for us electricity came almost in the evening so till that time there was no hot water ,no AC ,no TV (tv had no channels even even after electricity came ),no working fridge ..and when we came back at night in bathroom water was not thr ..tank was empty ..we called authorities ,first someone picked up call and said his duty hours are over ,nobody will be thr at night ,u have to manage till morning ..it was really frustrating ..again we called other person may be owner ..then he helped ..but after 40mins we got water ..overall it was not good experience for us ..it was only when we were thr .. ;while checking out next day everything started to work for an hour ..

Casa brie boon a c not working, embraaesement situation with my family after request they accommodate me new room, they also charge me bislery charges. Water should be free make my trip kindly look into matter

Location is perfect near beach,and rooms are also good,but AC are non functional, remote is not at place, after long follow up one of the rooms were shifted

The superior room we had booked was indeed spacious. We were on the last leg of our family vacation and decided at the last moment to get to calangute also. We usually stay at south goa. The bed, the cleanliness, the decor were all too good. Sadly, while it's about 200m from the beach, it has no sea facing rooms. Parking is on the road and they do not have dedicated parking. The staff is helpful and smiling. They do not have an in-house kitchen but have tied up with 2 eateries who deliver food to the room. Even otherwise, there are a fairly good number of food snacks along the beach. The only possible flip side was the sea- rough and the beach not so clean as at paloleam, agonda or talpona. Maybe more tourists but that's not an excuse, i believe.

Tranquil n a clean place. Rooms were clean, there was power back up and beach is very close-by n 2 mins walk

I travel-led with my wife for my anniversary. No parking for even bike. No hot water, ac not in proper condition. Despite asking several times care taker refused to give another as my floor consists of bachelor's. Unable to sleep during night because of the disturbance from other rooms.

We had a good experience. Our purpose to staying at casa brie boon obviously was just for crashing at night and for freshening up and for that it was a decent stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The compound was clean and really green as well. Loved that they had so many plants around, made the place more beautiful and calming. The owner mr brian and the receptionist mr rink u were kind enough to connect us with taxi drivers and 2 wheeler rentals as well.

Hotel location is very nice. Hardly 1-2 mins walk to calangute beach. Room was very clean and owner was quite supportive.

It is a fantastic home stay very near to calangute sea beach. In fact you can enjoy se view from hotel room itself.

The property is nice to us because of its unique homely structure and interiors. The rooms were spacious, neat and clean.

We had a wonderful stay there. The beach is at a walking distance. Room was spacious and clean. We stayed there for four nights and they cleaned the room everyday. Electric kettle was there but as there was no mention of it we had to took one with ourselves. Rest all was good.

Stay was nice. Room is having ambient space. Nice and co operative staffs. Only defect is that it is not exactly at calangute beach area. U need to travel 10 min to reach calangute beach.
