A beautiful place to stay, but not the owner

Our stay was very good. The place and ambience was amazing. Smoking in the room was not allowed. Affordable price. The only thing which disappointed me was the owners way of approaching her customers. The owners are husband and wife. Both have attitude and the way they approach customers is quite rude. But we never really interacted with them.

This is John here the owner of the place, the review written by them is not as to what they have written. First of all when they arrived they were 5 of them and when we said that the 5th person is not allowed in the room they said he will be leaving before 5:00 pm the same day, so we told them that he can sit in the sitting area and not enter the room and if he wants to enter the room extra person charges will be charged. So later they decided that the person would stay so they paid for one night only. And next morning when we told that the 5th person has to check out at 11 am the guy said he would be staying another night. So basically they wanted the 5th person for free. So that's why the customer has given a bad rating.

The hotel was on the beachside, so location wise it was good. The hotel was not a value for money, because they need more improvement.
