The stay is good. Prime location (Anjuna-2 kms away, Hilltop- 3 kms away, Vagator and Assagao are about 12-15 mins away.) the property is located in the interiors- so getting a large vehicle in, turning around- could be a bit of a task. Rooms are fine, chairs in the balcony could give away- not very sturdy. Breakfast is not complimentary for all rooms - would be best if you recheck on this with the reception. Also breakfast options when we visited were limited- not the kind of complimentary food you would expect. The wait staff is good, accommodating and very helpful.
