It was not satisfactory stay over price property not a single facility at all 4200/ night stay and service like 500/ night hotel No room service,no phone no reception no charging point at perfect place it was just room

First time i visited the royal castle beach resort, palolem with my wife. We booked one beach view deluxe room for one night. The resort location is perfect & the ambience was very good. Service of the caretaker appreciable. They have their own restaurant where we had the opportunity to have tasty dishes. We also witnessed sunrise and sunset views from our balcony. Overall our experience was good and would like to recommend

value for money, great sea view from room, you will have a balcony where you can chill. Food quality is okay.

The rooms were a bit pricey. The cleanliness of the hotel could be improved, and the air conditioning was not functioning optimally. The only redeeming quality was the convenient location. Additionally, the parking situation was inconvenient as it was quite a distance from the rooms. The price seemed to be primarily for the location.

Not at all accessible from the road. Ambience is poor. Minimum space. Not worthy according to the rate. Only hot water and ac available. No tv or other add ons. Absolute let down.

Ac water was leaking. Restaurant was not open. It was not excepted as shown in photos.

Nice stay and food. Very helpful staff. Property is on the beach. Parking is available. Safe for family.

Awesome experience at " royal castle beach resort, palolem" the sea viewing rooms are just awesome in the morning and in the evening. The person called "gaurav & chandresh" was so helpful & good nature. They have provided everything that i need at the moment. The food was awesome & their hospitality was very awesome. Just loved this place, must visit once.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Pros 1. Close to beach, you can walk to the beach anytime you want. 2. Don't need to worry about the stuff. When going to the beach you can handover stuff to staff and enjoy your time. Cons 1. They don't even give you drinking water bottle till you ask for it. Although we stayed for 4 days, we got it 3 times and they don't provide open water. 2. They close the water supply at night till morning. So, if you go to washroom between 2-6 am, there will be no water in tap. 3. Everything closes after 1 am. There will be no staff to help you after that

We had booked the sea facing rooms. The view was very beautiful. We had a wonderful stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Food was also good. The property seems small as compared to the neighbouring but the rooms are spacious. I would definitely recommend this stay. The only prob we had was parking. There is no sign boards from the back side road, so the staff had to come and show us the way

No power, no water to fresh and bath in morning

I stayed there for 2 night at this facility along with my 8 years old daughter and the experience was poor. Firstly, please understand that this is neither a hotel nor a resort. This is just a few rooms behind a shack. You have to park your vehicle in a common space and walk for 50 meters to reach the room. This passage doesn’t have any lights, so you have to depend on your mobile flashlights in case you are going out or coming in post sunset. The first room given to me, had an issue with the ac. After raising it, they changed my room. The ac worked in the second room, but the door lock had an issue. I had to wait for 45 mins as the key wasn’t ready come out of the lock slot and i couldn’t leave the room unlocked - pathetic. The kitchen was next to my room and we couldn’t sleep for a good amount of time as all the sounds were audible quite loudly up till 12-1 in the midnight. No wifi two 500 ml water bottles were given only on arrival. My overall rating is 1 out of 5. Would never book this property again.

We stayed there for 3 days and we had a bad experience with ac as it's not cooling at all. We complained many times but didn't get resolved. Also price is overrated as no facility has been given. Sometimes water also does not come in the bathroom.

We enjoyed the cottages with sea front view. Very peaceful. Staffs are helpful & well-mannered. Recommended.

The tariff charged by make my trip is much higher than actual ongoing rates in palolem.

Very comfortable stay they have all the ammenities you need super courteous staff everyone take good care of you
