Disappointing Stay

Don’t book this property by looking at the photos or online reviews — they’re completely misleading. The place is much smaller than it appears, more like a boutique hotel, and lacks proper maintenance. The rooms were not clean and had a constant unpleasant odor throughout the stay. The bathrooms were poorly maintained and clearly lacked basic cleanliness standards. The breakfast spread was very limited, and overall food options were disappointing. Even when we did order, the service was slow and unresponsive. To make matters worse, there was no hot water in the rooms, and despite repeated requests, the staff couldn’t resolve the issue. The only positive aspect of this property is its beachfront location, but beyond that, there’s nothing worth recommending. Overall, a very disappointing experience — definitely not worth the price or the reviews online.

Poor Room upkeep and no hot water

Room was not upto mark. Towels were old. insect in room. No hot water even after complaining twice. Stay not suggested in villas.

Resort is very serene with good amenities . Walkable to beach . Their restaurant also has good menu . But travel with your own transport if you r reaching there . Very difficult to find a cab to go from there to other place . Otherwise resort wise good stay

We stayed at the Luxury Cottage. The stay here was excellent 💯. The room is very spacious, clean & well maintained 🏡. The morning buffet is multi cuisine and the restaurant food was awesome 😋and they cater to all your requests with food . The beach 🏖️ attached to the property is very well maintained and clean. They have ample parking space even though we took our Toyota HILUX with us we didn't face any difficulty. Overall the ambience is MARBEllicious 😎and the food was MESOLlicious 😋.

Whole resort was under maintenance full of dust Restaurant food poor. Used Rajnigandha amongst tea bags. Instead of extra bed hotel gave bad stained floor mat.

I have visited this property for the 4th time now, as much as I love the amazing beach access and the beautiful pool and big rooms, this time it was a slight disappointment on a few angles. The restaurant space was under construction and common spaces were covered due to rain. on a deal its a great option but plan accordingly. it is a beautiful resort, has so much potential the new pool is outstanding

Ac not working, roof leaking, very pushy and not very hospitable behaviour by the staff, not going to come back. Leas focused on service more focused on money.
