Nice property, value for money, market is just a step away and the beach is just 300 mtr. Amenities & service are very good and quick. The staff is also very polite and helpful. The restaurant food was also very delicious.

The staff's behaviour was good and supportive, and the food was average. The location is good but not proper parking.service is not good. they don't care about customer,there was frequent disconnect wifi small area, charges are high ,based on price they have not given facilities.not recommend, please compare nearby hotel, we'll get in lesser price, very good hotel.

The stay was average, the infrastructure is old and not upgraded. Pros: * right on the streets of candolim. Cons: * the ac doesn't work well, and the filters are dirty. * the wifi is too slow and they don't even give you the access until you ask for. * the washroom is average with old infra and the tap is slow during day time. * no parking, you need to park on the streets.

familyBad experience, no proper maintenance. If you order food they will take more a hour to serve. Pool timings is 7am to 7pm, but they started cleaning the pool 8 o clock in morning

Front desk team are very polite, also given us early check in. Breakfast/lunch/ dinner options are very good and tasty. We enjoyed our stay.

Arrival: No welcome drink till we asked about it. Room: So called upgraded to swimming pool view but it has no balcony where as other pool view rooms in from of our room has balcony too. room were clean and large enough. No door mat at door and bathroom. Bathroom: pressure jet was repaired on the request. Swimming pool: Water quality is so full of chemical that it gave irritation to the eyes and we visited physician for skin irritation. Breakfast: Was Good Security: Never helped in parking the car but stood with us till we gave tip when we were leaving. Average experience
