Horrible maintenance of the property The location is wonderful in between lush green surrounding and inside the room is clean and neat but the window is horrible with algae growing in window ruining the entire experience! After check-in where we kept the windows closed despite the wonderful monsoon weather, we next came to have lunch at their restaurant. The restaurant as the room is well designed and decorated. However the smaller things need better attention. The glass I was given was chipped, the bottle from which we were served the water has the inside of the lid rusted! We ordered Recheado Crispy Vegetarian and the expectations was that we get potato with vegetables or okra with vegetables which is the expectation across Goa BUT what we got was potato wedges cooked in Recheado masala. We refused it and they got back after redo it with orka based Recheado with vegetables instead of just potato. Along with the Recheado we also had ordered Dal Lasooni, phulkas and chaas which were good. Evening dinner of mushroom soup and veg fried rice was good abd so was the morning breakfast. The hostesses in the morning of 30th Aug particularly were very good and served with a smile and were proactive to needs of everyone at breakfast area.

Had an amazing experience, enjoyed the pool which was clean, the room was well maintained and clean, we had buffet included for breakfast and dinner, it was worth having. Also the gaming room was equipped with badminton rackets, cricket bat, foosball table, carrom board, and table tennis table. The stay was worth it.

Poor service bad experience

familyTotally a bad experience whenever we call room service we have to wait for 1-2 hours. I recommend not to visit in amoravida by 7 apple resort. They do not even have food quality and not having breakfast menu. The room are very downgraded and not even having space. Please never book any room here. I tried 20 times for hotel complaint but no revert received. No one is picking call

businessWhilst the amenities in the room were good, there was a significant mold smell in the room. I noticed that old and algae had grown everywhere in the hotel. Service was poor. My room hadn't been cleaned on the first day. Food was average.

Great stay for family vacation

familyPros: clean and nice property, staff is superb, food at restaurants is delicious and reasonably priced, vibe at property is very pleasant, parking at site, bathroom is better than even 5 star hotel, room size is pretty good. Pool is really great if not wonderful, access to property by road is easy, car is recommended, close to mop a airport and north goa attractions cons: last 200 meters while driving to the property is tricky this certainly need improvement anyone new in the area can crash vehicle at night, no bath mat provided which makes bathroom little messy after use

Rooms with no windows

coupleThe room was quite clean. But it had no windows and had a wet smell. I had to pay extra to upgrade to a room with balcony. The hotel didn't have enough staff to handle the request, every-time we request something they forget or take long time to do. Rooms and place was beautiful. But still feel it's not worth the money because the way they handling things.

Ambience is good, however accessibility and cleanliness are very bad, difficult to move out from that location, either take your car or get rented one before going there, there is cab lobby they will only allow pick up from that location with double charge
