we spent 5 nights here, stay was good, i cannot complaint anything about the hotel, the manager, Bikas ji , always helpful, and take good care of guests, all the hotel staff, is taking good care of guests, their service, hospitality, all good, food is also good here, swimming pool is nice , big and clean, everything up to the mark

The stay was good . the reason for writing the review is their staff . very helpful . stay inclusive of breakfast was good too.

location is very good near the beach, access road is a bit difficult but worth it as it's close to beach. property is good, but the staff is not very trained though they do the job. Food is good. overall it's a good property with average service.

While booking it was told 4 people can be accomodated. But in room there was only 1 double bed was there. After asking we got 1 single matters and hotel said extra 1 more matters will be changed for 500. This is not acceptable. When I saw other other room they had given single bad for extra person bed and we just got mattersss.

The resort is not a luxurious one as i had expected but yes very comfortable. Excellent swimming pool and near morjim beach too.

No hot water in bathroom for 2 days, only got hot water after repeatedly following up. Common washroom is not at all clean, very shady. Very limited options for breakfast. We requested early breakfast (7. 30 pm) on the day of checkout, we were told it will not be possible because the chef is not available.

Location- very good food- just ok amenities and services- just ok location of the place and rooms are good, clean, linens are clean, phone in the room was not working for the whole time. Food options is very less and timings of breakfast is late and open only for 1. 5 hours. It is very near to the beach which is a plus. Good for family stay.

The stay was extremely comfortable, the food was excellent, the staff was very accommodating, and the location was conveniently close to the beach. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

The resort is at a walkable distance from the beach . It's a perfect stay for couples who seek to enjoy North Goa but want to stay away from crowded places. Loved it. The management is very welcoming. We celebrated our son's first birthday here by the pool side. The manager was proactive to arrange and decorate the place for the celebration. 5 stars❤️

I stayed here for 4 nights and 3 days. while booking this resort I was a little skeptical but it was a wonderful stay here. I booked with breakfast, so dinner I made a custom order. Breakfast had a different menu with multiple options everyday. And I was not all disappointed any day... at least 7-9 items were there in the breakfast buffet... Dinner they prepared on my request and separately chargeable. And when compared to the foods I tried in nearby restaurants in that surrounding taste is really good here and cost also nominal. Rooms are spacious, bathroom is tidy. The resort is managed and maintained by a humble team. Their on-demand services really polite and pleasant. Importantly they didn't ask/demand for a tip on any means on any day until my checkout. They clean the swimming pool and pool area every morning. It seems to be a bit old property but room interiors and facilities are all satisfying...

Golden sands resort at morjim is a decent stay if you are budget conscious. The cottages are big enough. There is never anyone at the reception or staff around when you need them, you always have to call them. The pool was cool but not really clean. It's mostly for those who know that they are only going to use the hotel to rest at night. It needs to be cleaner and the breakfast options can be better.

Good and clean rooms, polite staff and clean Swiming pool. Purchased fresh fish from local market and got it prepared in their kitchen in Malvani style..... overall great experience .....❤️

Location was almost near to the beach only a 5 minutes slow walk. Food was good. Amenities (swimming pool) is well maintained and serves a very soothing view. Staffs are well behaving and very friendly.

Property is very compared to adjacent properties. One of best resort in north goa. Had good complimentary breakfast. Swimming pool is cleaned on daily basis and is maintained in good condition.

All good. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. The vege biryani was delicious and i recommend to test it.

Perfect location and nice ambience, recommended to stay everyone once if you visit goa and looking for cheap hotel rates then this is the best resort

Golden Sands Resort, Goa is being managed by housekeeping staff only. No senior person is being seen. Results are below:1. Bathrooms in shabby condition, dirty, insufficient lights, soap dispensers broken or leaking.2. ⁠No handle on bathroom doors. 3. ⁠No hand towels provided.4. ⁠None of the TV remotes work.5. Only one water bottle provided per day for two persons.6. ⁠Bed mattresses are too soft, uncomfortable. 7. ⁠Hotel guests jumps in the pool with dirty clothes on, no control or check by hotel staff to follow swimming pool rules.Otherwise hotel staff are very courteous and sober (except one or two who always smell of liquor right from the morning).Also, staff are generally well mannered.Need big time improvement in housekeeping.Thanks and regards

The room was not that clean, however, it was big. Bathroom also not very clean. Property is near to the beach. You can literally go in 2 to 3 minutes.
